Hugh Jackman and his wife, Deborah-Lee Furness, are trying to sell their large New York City apartment, and they’ve significantly lowered the price to attract buyers.

Hugh Jackman’s Los Angeles home was originally listed for AUD$57.5 million (US$38.9 million) in 2022, but the 57-year-old actor has since reduced the price by AUD$16 million.

Property records show that Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness, both 70, still own the home they purchased in 2008 for $21.1 million USD (equivalent to $30.5 million AUD in 2026).

According to reports, Furness purchased Jackman’s share of their New York penthouse – a three-bedroom Manhattan apartment worth around AUD$35 million (US$24 million).

The couple bought the property in 2022 for AUD$31.6 million (US$21.12 million). It wasn’t publicly offered for sale, but ownership recently changed hands.

The couple, who were once very well-known, married in 1996 and announced they were separating in 2023 after being married for 27 years.

Reports suggest Hugh Jackman’s wedding plans with Sutton Foster are facing difficulties. He’s currently focused on helping his two children from his previous marriage adjust to the idea.
