The new fiancée of Taylor Swift’s ex Matt Healy is enjoying a surprise trip to Australia.
Gabriette Bechtel, aged 26, who’s been seeing Matt for approximately a year now, enjoyed a meal at the fashionable Japanese eatery Ito, located in Sydney, on this past Thursday.
The stylish figure in fashion and social media enjoyed a meal consisting of Shio kombu bread with garlic-infused seaweed butter, fresh sashimi and Hiramasa kingfish, accompanied by white ponzu sauce and squash.
Gabriette appeared delighted as she savored a top-notch restaurant in Sydney, maximizing her Australian adventure.
The model captioned the post with some amusing words, ‘Geez, so good!’
Gabriette hasn’t revealed the reason for her stay in Sydney, yet given her status as a globally sought-after model and influencer, there’s speculation that she might be working with a prominent Australian company on a collaboration.
She recently collaborated with cosmetics brand MAC Australia to release her own lip kit.

Since the separation of Healy and Taylor Swift in June 2023, there has been speculation about their relationship with Gab and Matt, as they were seen sharing an affectionate public display of affection (PDA) in New York City in September of the same year.

Born in Orange County, California, in 1997, she is commonly referred to as Gabbriette and is eight years younger than Matty.
