I’m so excited! HoYoverse just announced a closed beta for their new game, Petit Planet! It’s a cosmic life simulation game, and the beta starts on November 7th for both iOS and PC. They first showed us a little peek back in September with a trailer and new logo, and now they’re letting people sign up for a ‘Coziness Test’ – sounds amazing, right?

It’s a fantastic start to the day – Petit Planet is nearly here! For those familiar with it, this is HoYoverse’s brand new game where you can design and create life on entire planets, offering a completely open canvas for your imagination.

Get ready for a delightful adventure with friendly Neighbors and fascinating characters from different planets! You’ll get to build up your own planet and connect with others throughout the galaxy – it’s going to be a lot of fun.

As you build stronger connections and your world flourishes, its life force, called Luca, will create vibrant, energetic environments full of life. I find this idea beautifully combines imagination, friendship, and discovery into a truly engaging experience. The ability to play with others and connect socially makes the world feel even more dynamic and real.

How to sign up for the Petit Planet closed beta test

Great news! Petit Planet will be holding a closed beta test (CBT) for iOS and PC starting on November 7th. Sign-ups for the test are open now! During the test, you’ll be able to visit the Galactic Bazaar, a social space where you can relax, chat, and even participate in fun, cooperative rhythm mini-games.

If you are chosen, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you used when you applied. I’m really hoping to be selected – I’m excited to try it out myself, especially because of its cute design and fun gameplay and social features.
