As a die-hard NCIS fan with over two decades of loyalty under my belt, I can confidently say that the upcoming season 22 is shaping up to be another thrilling ride! The return of Katrina Law as Jessica Knight has me absolutely ecstatic, and the fact that she’ll need NCIS’s help right off the bat? Pure gold!

Get ready to catch up with the NCIS crew as a new chapter unfolds! After all, season 22 of NCIS has arrived, and it’s time to find out what awaits our favorite team.

After the conclusion of season 21, a common query that arose was if Katrina Law would continue her role in the show. Pleasingly, she will, and she’s set to collaborate with NCIS during the upcoming premiere.

Tonight, on October 14 (Monday), our upcoming episode will be aired as scheduled. However, there’s a temporary change in timing for just one week. Instead of the usual broadcast time, you can catch this new episode at 8 p.m., Eastern/Pacific Time. Following this, we’ll present the two-part series premiere of our prequel spin-off series called NCIS: Origins.

After this week, the time is going to change to 9 p.m. ET/PT. It’s important to keep this in mind.

You can watch on CBS, which is great for those with Paramount+. There is a live option in the United States. Plus, you can watch the episodes the day after on Paramount+, which means this episode will drop at 3 a.m. ET/12 a.m. PT on Tuesday, Oct. 15.

What to expect in the NCIS season 22 premiere

It’s clear that Jessica Knight is spearheading REACT, which places her in a tough and potentially risky position. She may need assistance from NCIS, but they too are grappling with their own challenges.

At present, Torres is covertly engaged in his duties, while McGee is striving for a promotion to deputy director. Meanwhile, Palmer is grappling with the aftermath of Jessica leaving him for her career. Parker is willing to assist, but he can’t shoulder the burden alone.
