If you earn the Echoes of Midnight achievement in World of Warcraft, you’ll receive the Devourer Genji skin for Overwatch. Here’s a guide on how to get it.
World of Warcraft’s new expansion, Midnight, is now available for early access! Players can explore new areas, try out dungeons, decorate their own housing, and discover lots of other exciting features. Plus, Overwatch players can unlock and add the Devourer Genji skin to their collection.
How to get the Devourer Genji skin
You can unlock the Devourer Genji skin in Overwatch by completing the “Echoes of Midnight” achievement in World of Warcraft. This achievement is usually earned simply by playing through the game’s opening story, which includes a conversation with Lor’themar Theron.
This conversation starts the “Paved in Ash” quest. To continue, you need to visit several people in town and show them Lor’themar Theron’s ring. Those people are Innkeeper Jovia, Magistrix Narinth, Skymaster Skyles, Ceera, Kill Credit, Guard Captain Goldblade, and General Amias Bellamy.
This quest is only available for characters who are level 80 or higher. If you pre-order World of Warcraft: Midnight, Blizzard Entertainment will give you a special boost to instantly reach level 80.

Paranoia’s Dungeon has a YouTube guide showing players how to find each character. You can watch the video below, and the “Paved in Ash” quest starts around 5:23.
Once you’ve made sure the civilians are alright, go back to Lor’themar Theron to finish the quest and earn the “Echoes of Midnight” achievement.
How much does WoW Midnight cost?
World of Warcraft Midnight costs $49.99 for the standard version. The Heroic Edition is $69.99, and the Epic Edition, which includes three days of early access starting February 26th, is priced at $89.99. Early access began on February 26th at 3 PM Pacific Time.
WoW Midnight will then launch for everyone on March 2 at 3 p.m. PT.
