In the exciting game of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, the newest hero joining as a Mage role character is named Zetian. She’s scheduled to make her debut on June 18, 2025. To celebrate her arrival, an exclusive event will take place within the game that enables players to acquire Zetian absolutely free of charge in MLBB! Here’s a guide to help you secure Zetian for free in MLBB:
1. Ensure your Mobile Legends: Bang Bang app is updated to the latest version on your device.
2. On June 18, 2025, log into your account and navigate to the in-game store or events section.
3. Look for the special event associated with Zetian’s release.
4. Follow any instructions provided within the event to claim your free copy of Zetian!

MLBB Shendu Festival Event Overview
In the latest update, version 1.9.68, known as the “Phoenix Empress Rising Patch”, the 129th Hero, Zetian, who is affectionately referred to as the “Celestial Empress”, will be making her global server debut. Originally released on the Chinese server of MLBB, she is now available for players, free of charge, using the standard methods as well.
Starting from June 18th, developers will be hosting a special in-game event called the Shendu Festival for Zetian. This is similar to the Kalea event but with one key difference – this time it’s an event rather than a Hero Pass. The event runs until July 4, 2025, allowing you plenty of time to acquire the hero for free, or alternatively, use Diamonds or BP to obtain her at a later date.
How to get Zetian for free in MLBB
By finishing all the tasks during the event, you’ll receive several Jade Pendants as a reward. Once you’ve amassed enough Jade Pendants, you can trade them to acquire Zetian in just 5 days. However, it’s important to select Option 1 from the given choices to get her without spending Diamonds or Battle Points.
The tasks are split into two parts, Daily Training and Trials of Valor.
Daily Training
As a dedicated player, I’m excited to share that logging into the game daily grants me up to 170 Jade Pendants! This comes from completing matches across modes like Ranked, Classic, Brawl, or MLBB Rising Open. Each day, I can accumulate a total of 10 Jade Pendants.
Trials of Valor
You’ll earn a grand total of 90 Jade Pendants by finishing the assigned tasks in the Trials of Valor, which encompass daily login tasks as well as other designated activities.
