As an experienced adventurer who’s been through countless quests, I can assure you that this journey is as delightful as a warm, freshly baked pie! First off, we got to help our dear friend Songsong by conversing with those prickly pals, y’know, the cactuses. It’ll earn us the Combat Commission [Silent Poto].

As a gamer, I’ve spotted a fresh face in Blazewood, going by the name of Officer Mewmew. This guy seems to have some tasks up his sleeve for us, and let me tell you, who wouldn’t want a shiny medal for their effort? Here’s your guide on how to track down Officer Mewmew and complete all those commissions so we can add those medals to our collection!

Where to Find Officer Mewmew (Blazewood)

To locate Officer Mewmew, make your way to the Lower Level in Blazewood and continue moving forward. You’ll find him standing close to a store shutter, gazing into the distance. A quest marker will be visible above him, making him hard to miss.

Afterward, Officer Mewmew will instruct you to locate a Fierce Bangboo. Simply follow the given directions, and you’ll find the Bangboo perched on an old sofa. Repair it and proceed with your quest, and you’ll permanently gain access to Officer Mewmew as well as a teleport shortcut.

1) Keen Senses Medal

Locate the missing cargo trucks in Blazewood. There are a total of 4 trucks, and their current positions are shown below.

Move to Officer Mewmew’s location, then spin around to find a motorcycle. Just beyond that motorcycle, there’s a cargo truck visible.

Turning your gaze to your left from the current position, you’ll notice another cargo truck on a raised platform.

(3) Teleport to Cheesetopia and you will immediately see the cargo truck in front of you.

(4) Teleport to the Lower Level and you will immediately see the cargo truck in front of you.

2) Silver Talent Seeker Medal

In Blazewood, find and gather half of the available HIA Commemorative Coins. Once you do, you’ll earn this special medal! This accomplishment is sure to make even the Wise Man in a Barrel envious for more!

3) Gold Talent Seeker Medal

As a coin enthusiast, I’m on a mission to gather all ten HIA Commemorative Coins hidden within the vibrant landscape of Blazewood! Accumulating these rare treasures will undoubtedly bring a smile to the wise Barrel Dweller. And that’s a promise!

4) Chivalrous Spirit Medal I

At dusk, when everything is quiet, the wind rustles through the lampposts near the cliffside, whispering almost as if it were a soft lament from the Outer Ring itself…

At the stroke of midnight, make your way to Officer Mewmew and then rotate yourself for a Mourning Bangboo gazing at the Hollow. Initiate a conversation with it to finish the task assigned.

5) Chivalrous Spirit Medal II

Tumbleweed talks like Bangboo! I’m serious! I heard a tumbleweed talk like that yesterday afternoon at the storage entrance!

During the afternoon, locate Officer Mewmew and proceed a short distance to your right. You’ll find Tumbleweed Bangboo close to some barrels there. Repair the Bangboo to finish the task at hand.

6) Chivalrous Spirit Medal III

It seems there are increasingly more troublemakers in this area recently. What on earth could someone be discussing business about at night, right in the backyard near the diner? Could it truly be legitimate business transactions they’re engaging in?

As the sun sets, transport myself to the Upper Level in the evening, take a quick turn to my left upon arrival, and there I’ll find the charming Bangboo Customer and Perfume Merchant waiting for me.

7) Chivalrous Spirit Medal IV

It appears that the structure near the truck, located on the lower level, might originate from the city. Could it be helpful if we inquire about the city’s early-morning activities instead?

At dawn, make your way to the Lower Level directly. Once there, look for the yellow ladder; you’ll find Passionate Bangboo and Anxietyboo nearby. Initiate a conversation with them to begin and finish the task at hand.

8) Timely Assistance Medal I

In the morning, as I strolled past Cheesetopia, it seemed like someone was letting loose a colorful vocabulary. It makes me wonder if they don’t have a guard on their words. I can’t help but think about the children who might be nearby, listening in.

At the break of dawn, find yourself at Officer Mewmew’s location and discover Captain Bangboo standing behind you. Make sure to rectify matters with Captain Bangboo to finish the assigned task.

If Captain Bangboo is not at the location above after multiple refreshes (going in and out of the map), then you must talk to Ault first to make him move and Captain Bangboo will appear at this location.

9) Timely Assistance Medal II

Last night as I strolled past the warehouse, a chilling sensation seemed to follow me like a shadow… a shiver ran down my spine, and all I could think was “I yearn for home…

At nightfall, make your way to Officer Mewmew. Once there, glance to your left and you’ll spot an Avenger Bangboo in the corner. Repair the Bangboo to finish the task assigned.

10) Timely Assistance Medal III

Best not head out late at night lately. There seems to something eerie near 747…

At the stroke of midnight, make your way to “Sage in a Barrel”. Upon arrival, you’ll instantly spot a crimson bangboo named Grateful Bangboo. Repair it to fulfill the task at hand.

11) Timely Assistance Medal IV

In the afternoon, I heard a sound like something hitting the wall of the auto repair shop, yet when I peeked out through the open window, I couldn’t spot anything.

During the early part of my gaming day, I’ll warp myself down to the Lower Level. Once there, I’ll cast my gaze to the scene on my left. That’s where you’ll find the elusive Bangboo Wanderer. My task is to mend this wandering Bangboo, completing the commission assigned to me.

If Bangboo Wanderer is not at the location above after multiple refreshes (going in and out of the map), then you must talk to Ono and Old Demir nearby to accept their commission. If they still don’t move after this, complete the commission and they will move location and Bangboo Wanderer will then appear at this location.

12) Kind Helper Medal I

To claim this medal, let’s embark on a journey that we’ll call “The Beginning of the Quest”. In the late part of the day, make your way to the Lower Level and have conversations with Ono and Old Demir. This interaction will grant you the Wilderness Pursuit Combat Commission.

In the mission, your task is to rescue Appon from his adversaries. Once that’s done, you’ll receive the next assignment titled “[A Distant Cry for Help]“. To accomplish this quest, find and speak with both Appon and Ono at the Lower Level (excluding midnight). Completing this task will earn you a medal, but there’s more!

The following evening, I’ll zap myself to the Lower Level. There, by the makeshift 141 Convenience Store, you’ll find Ono and Appon hanging out. Have a chat with them, and they’ll hand me a Special Commission titled “Redemption in the Rock Quarry.

Move on to the following day and transport yourself to Officer Mewmew’s location to encounter Appon once more, initiating a new mission titled “[The Journey Begins]”. Simply adhere to the quest guidelines, snap photos of both Appon and Ono to finish the mission, and receive your well-deserved medal.

13) Kind Helper Medal II

To acquire this medal, accomplish the mission titled “Silent Poto”. In the afternoon, transport yourself to Officer Mewmew’s location. Once there, scan to your left until you spot Songsong conversing with a cactus. Initially, assist her by interacting with additional cactuses. This interaction will eventually lead to receiving the Combat Commission “[Silent Poto]”.

To earn the medal, simply finish this task by vanquishing certain adversaries and chatting with additional cacti residing in the Hollow.

14) Kind Helper Medal III

At dusk, make your way to the Lower Level and find Bolter there. Initiate a conversation with him to begin the quest. It’s quite straightforward; simply proceed to the other side of the Lower Level where young Shawn is located.

Talk to Shawn and then go back to Bolter. There you go, the commission is done.

15) Kind Helper Medal IV

To acquire this medal, wait for a criminal playing a flute to appear in the evening. Use teleportation to reach Sage in a Barrel. There, you’ll notice two NPCs with a quest marker nearby. Follow the quest path until you encounter Kami North.

After speaking with Kami North, unlock your Inter-Knot and take on the task assigned by the Spiral Flutist. You’ll receive the Combat Commission labeled “[Here Comes a Criminal With a Flute]“. Proceed with the quest, complete the mission, and you’ll earn this medal. The task involves defeating some enemies.

16) Kind Helper Medal IV

To get this medal, accomplish the Replacement Bounty Hunter mission in the afternoon. Head towards Officer Mewmew by teleporting, then stroll along the road to its end on your right side. There, you’ll find Gael.

Once your conversation with him is over, navigate to Inter-Knot and accept the job proposal titled ‘Looking for combat-skilled allies!’ that originated from OuterRingLad.

Finish off as a Substitute Bounty Hunter, and not only will you fulfill this task, but you’ll also earn the final medal.
