Last Friday, December 20th, Blake initiated a legal action at the California Civil Rights Department, charging Justin with sexual harassment and orchestrating what she claims is a defamatory campaign, as a supposed reprisal for her voicing objections to his unsuitable conduct on set.

Actress from “Gossip Girl”, aged 37, asserts that actor Justin, 40, fostered an unhealthy work atmosphere while making the movie; a point he has strongly refuted.

On Sunday, news emerged stating that Ryan had blocked Justin on Instagram several months prior to his wife filing the legal suit.

As reported by Page Six, Justin allegedly communicated to his publicist in May that Ryan had restricted access to both him and his production company Wayfarer Studios on Instagram.

Justin reportedly was ‘worried’ Blake might ‘follow suit.’

According to the report, Justin suggested that they prepare a strategy in case she follows through with the same action when the film is released. He simply wants everyone to have a plan in place so he can feel more comfortable and assured.

DailyMail.com has reached out to reps for Blake, Ryan and Justin for comment. 

It seems that despite the fact Blake continues to follow Justin on Instagram, Justin is not reciprocating by following her. Interestingly enough, neither Ryan nor Justin follow one another’s accounts.

The social media report comes after disturbing new details from the lawsuit have surfaced.

Previously circulating stories painted a troubling picture for me as an ardent fan, suggesting that Justin may have shared explicit content featuring other females with Blake, talked openly about his suspected pornography habit, and made uncomfortable comments about her weight, her deceased father, and various cast and crew members.

In the latest developments of the legal dispute, it is alleged that Justin engaged in inappropriate and unplanned physical actions during a scene, as suggested by court papers acquired by People magazine.

As a devoted admirer recounting an incident, it seems that during filming, I found myself in a situation where Justin was reportedly quite persistent in reenacting a particular scene multiple times. This persistence was allegedly due to him discretely nibbling and sucking on Ms. Lively’s lower lip, which caused some discomfort on her part. Despite this clear unease, he continued to insist on the reshoots.

The lawsuit alleges Justin made sexual inquiries, including asking Blake if she and her husband experienced simultaneous climaxes— a question she found intrusive and refused to answer. 

As a devoted follower, I’m finding it increasingly concerning to see these fresh claims piling up against Justin. Yet, he steadfastly maintains his innocence regarding all the accusations levied against him.

As a devoted admirer, I’m compelled to share that I’ve come across accusations suggesting my actions prior to filming were questionable. Allegedly, I incorporated unexpectedly explicit sexual content and nudity scenes, some involving underage characters, in manners that are deeply disquieting.

One of the suggested modifications included a scene where the character Blake would climax on camera and a comprehensive scene portraying Lily Bloom, a younger iteration of Blake’s character, losing her virginity – neither of these scenes were present in the initial book version.

As a devoted follower, I found myself in a predicament when additional elements were incorporated into the project without my prior approval, even though I had already pledged my commitment to it.

When Blake expressed concerns, it’s said that Justin justified the alterations by stating they were incorporated as part of his narrative perspective being from a female viewpoint.

Initially reluctant to make many cuts, he allegedly stood firm in keeping a particular scene showing Lily and his character, Ryle Kincaid, experiencing their climax on their wedding night. He emphasized that this scene was significant to him as it mirrored the simultaneous climax he shared with his partner during intimate moments.

The allegations extend to the film’s producer, Jamey Heath, who is accused of compounding the toxic environment. 

The lawsuit claims Heath pressured Blake to simulate nudity during a childbirth scene, despite prior agreements that no nudity was required. 

In the reported account, it seemed that the setting did not follow typical safety protocols, exposing Blake significantly, as she was largely unclothed, with her legs apart in stirrups, and a minimal cloth merely concealing her intimate areas.

Health is additionally being charged with sharing a highly explicit, completely uncensored video of his wife giving birth with Blake and another colleague, whom Blake initially believed to be adult content.

Moreover, it is claimed that both Justin and Heath reportedly barged into Blake’s trailer without warning on several instances when she was either naked, breastfeeding, or in a state of vulnerability.

The complaint details an incident where Heath entered Blake’s makeup trailer uninvited while she was topless. 

In my professional advice, I’d say, although Blake clearly asked for privacy by requesting me to wait until she was dressed, Heath is said to have disregarded this boundary by seemingly giving her an unwanted stare. It’s crucial to always respect personal space and boundaries, especially when they are explicitly stated.

Another unsettling claim involves Justin improvising an intimate moment during a slow-dance scene. 

As per the court case, Justin moved closer non-characteristically, rather than in character, and gently trailed his lips from her ear to her neck while remarking, “It has such a wonderful scent.

When Blake objected to his actions, Justin allegedly retorted, ‘I’m not even attracted to you.’

As a die-hard fan, I’m thrilled to share the news that in a meeting held in January 2024, Blake, Justin, producers, and Ryan came together to make a groundbreaking decision. According to insider reports, Wayfarer Studios has agreed to bring an intimacy coordinator on board for all scenes featuring nudity or simulated sex. This move is a testament to their commitment to creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved in the production process. I can’t wait to see this change reflected in the upcoming projects!

The studio also assured that no further improvised kissing or physical intimacy would occur.

Simultaneously, it’s been claimed that Justin’s crisis management team supposedly initiated a defamatory campaign against Blake, as suggested by some explosive text messages.

According to Blake’s team, the evidence presented in their lawsuit suggests a complex strategy, labeled by Justin and his associates as “social manipulation,” intended to tarnish Blake’s image. They claim this scheme started when she voiced concerns regarding working conditions on set.

During the promotion of the film, whispers about a dispute between the two main actors started circulating, as observant spectators picked up on an icy dynamic between them at premieres.

Prior to the filming, Blake had already expressed caution towards Justin based on her lawsuit claim. They allegedly disagreed about Justin’s attempt to incorporate unnecessary nudity and sexual scenes into the movie.

During filming, relations worsened significantly, eventually leading to a Human Resources meeting where Justin from Wayfarer Studio and he agreed on certain conditions. These conditions were necessary for Blake to contemplate resuming filming post-writers’ strike, as indicated in the documents.

At some point prior to August 2nd, Justin brought on board Melissa Nathan, a crisis management expert who has previously worked with celebrities like Johnny Depp, as an addition to his public relations team that also consisted of publicist Jennifer Abel.

A significant number of the correspondence contained in the court case, acquired through a subpoena, is between the females. This includes an interaction where Nathan asserts he could “eliminate or discredit anyone.

In response to Abel’s message where Justin expressed a desire to feel like I could be at peace, here’s how I interpreted it: Justin wants to feel that I can find tranquility or rest in his presence.

Nathan replies, “Absolutely, but you should understand that when we share documents, we can’t include what we may or may not do, as it could lead to complications. Also, we can’t promise to damage [her].

She responded with another message suggesting this scenario: “What if a document outlining his wishes falls into the wrong hands?

‘You know we can bury anyone but I can’t write that to him. I will be very tough.’

Another back and forth on August 2 appears to show Nathan joking about murdering Blake.

‘I’ve also sent you a gift. Please rest assured that I didn’t harm anyone and send them to your house in a box. It’s a present to celebrate.’ To this, Abel replies with an exasperated exclamation, ‘DAMNIT’.

Later that same day, Abel wrote that she is, ‘having reckless thoughts of wanting to plant pieces this week about how horrible Blake is to work with’.

In the meantime, it seems like Justin is proposing the idea of strategically organizing a focused social media promotion.

He sent a message showing a screenshot of a Twitter thread about allegations of bullying against Hailey Bieber with the caption: ‘This is what we would need’. 

As rumors surfaced about friction between Blake and Justin, it was speculated that their disagreements were primarily related to artistic differences.

Justin proposed highlighting the central theme of domestic abuse in the movie as a marketing strategy. On the other hand, Blake suggested focusing on a more positive and inspiring tone for promotion.

Following the release of the movie, I faced criticism due to my insensitive approach in discussing its promotion, particularly when I overlooked mentioning the issue of domestic abuse in various interviews.

There seems to be doubt about whether this reaction was deliberately contrived, yet Justin’s communications suggest he was prepared to take advantage of any unfavorable publicity.

In a recent message, Justin asks, “Could you please devise a strategy for TikTok where all posts are focused on discussing domestic violence, related clips, and why that specific movie holds such importance?

Meanwhile, as debates about the movie continued, some questionable claims that Blake had previously made privately against Justin started making headlines in the media.

They included that he made inappropriate comments about her weight and ‘lingered’ too long during kissing scenes.

The texts demonstrate that the crisis management team quickly attempted to redirect the focus of discussions towards Blake again, aiming to change the conversation.

On August 11, Abel sent Justin a message reassuring him that the stories were not a threat.

She indicated that there hasn’t been much response, but her fans continue to stand by her and think the reason for the supposed disagreement revolves around her taking charge of the film.

The day before, Nathan remarked to Abel that: ‘The majority of socials are pro Justin and I don’t even agree with half of them lol’.  In another, Nathan revels in the ‘genius’ strategy.

Further allegations about Justin’s unwelcome behaviour are included in the legal complaint.

The allegations encompass instances where Justin reportedly displayed an explicit video of his spouse to Blake, intruded into the actor’s private space (trailer) while she was either naked or breastfeeding, openly discussed his supposed porn addiction, and made both female colleagues and himself uncomfortable with inappropriate, sexually charged remarks.

During a January gathering involving Blake, Justin, and various studio reps, it was decided that several modifications would be implemented. One of these decisions was to bring in an intimacy coordinator while filming.

Wayfarer recognizes that we may have differing viewpoints on various matters, but one thing we both agree on is prioritizing the safety of everyone, as stated in the legal claim.

However,  a media strategy document apparently from the crisis management team also included in the legal complaint outlines how the team plans to protect Justin’s reputation, along with that of lead producer Jamey Heath and Wayfarer.

The document outlines several possible talking points to boost Justin, but also discredit Blake.

They mention that she has a less-than-stellar standing within her professional circle, and they question whether involving her husband, Ryan Reynolds, was done to establish an uneven distribution of influence.

After the filming process, Blake decided to collaborate with her personal editor to rework a specific version of the movie. This revised edition turned out to be the one that was distributed publicly.

In a different communication, it seems Justin is implying using Reynolds’ participation as an additional strategy for reaching out to Blake.

The message implies that my partner suggested changing the storyline this morning regarding Ryan’s comment on the script being disastrous, but he actually saved the film. In simpler terms, they proposed turning Ryan’s negative comments into a positive by using his words against him.

Additionally, the document implies that certain crew members may have been dismissed because Blake strongly demanded creative control over the project.

Justin has refuted the claims through his lawyer Brian Freedman.

‘It is shameful that Ms. Lively and her representatives would make such serious and categorically false accusations against Mr. Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and its representatives, as yet another desperate attempt to ‘fix’ her negative reputation which was garnered from her own remarks and actions during the campaign for the film,’ he said.

Publicly viewed, real-time, uncensored interviews and media events, where online communities could freely express their thoughts and opinions.

These assertions are entirely baseless, excessively sensational, and deliberately malicious, aiming to cause harm and perpetuate a story in the public sphere.

To prepare for any potential issues during their upcoming movie’s marketing campaign, Wayfarer Studios chose to bring on a crisis manager ahead of time. This professional would collaborate with their existing representative from Jonesworks, hired by Stephanie Jones. This decision was prompted by various demands and threats made by Ms. Lively during production. These threats ranged from refusing to attend the set, to refusing to promote the film, which ultimately could have negatively impacted its success at release, if her requests were not addressed.

It emerged that Ms. Lively employed Leslie Sloan from Vision PR, who also works with Mr. Reynolds, to spread untrue and fabricated stories to the media before any promotion for the film began. This was one of the factors that led Wayfarer Studios to bring in a crisis management expert to start planning for potential issues.

At Wayfarer Studios, their representatives remained passive, choosing not to take any action or counterattack, but instead focused on addressing incoming media queries to maintain a fair and accurate representation of the facts. Additionally, they kept an eye on social media activity.

Freedman noted that the selective communications don’t provide proof that no actions were initiated with the media or elsewhere, beyond strategic planning internally and exchanging private messages. This is routine for PR experts, he explained.

Blake denied planting false or negative stories about her co-star or his company.

She expressed her hope that her legal action would expose the hidden, harmful retaliatory strategies used against individuals speaking out about misconduct, thereby safeguarding others who might face similar situations.
