Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce after being married for many years. They’ve reached an agreement to divide their combined assets, which are worth an estimated $282 million worldwide.
According to court records obtained by the Daily Mail, the agreement allows both parties to keep the property they currently have, and divides any remaining real estate in a way that everyone agrees on.
One of the highlights of their collection is a set of six apartments, all located in the same building with stunning views of Sydney Harbour.
She also owns impressive properties including a lavish duplex in Manhattan, a home in Beverly Hills, a mansion in Nashville, and a large estate in the Southern Highlands of Australia.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m often asked about how couples handle finances, and in this case, it seems this former couple still jointly owns a significant portion of their assets. Most of these properties were actually acquired during their marriage, starting in 2006, so it’s a complex situation as they navigate things now.
In May 2023, news emerged that Nicole, a well-known actress from Hollywood, had purchased her sixth apartment in the Landmark Latitude building, a luxurious complex located in Milsons Point on Sydney’s North Shore.

The Big Little Lies actress paid an eye-watering $7.7million for the chic three-bedder.
Nicole and Keith, who own property through separate companies, increased their total investment in the building to $27.5 million with this latest purchase.
The exes first bought a 420-square-metre pad on the 21st floor in 2009 for close to $6million.
Three years after their initial purchase, they bought the neighboring apartment – a slightly smaller space of 380 square meters – for around $7 million.
In 2011, they purchased a 19th-floor apartment for $2.68 million, which Nicole Kidman first used as a home office.
In 2008, two years after getting married, the Academy Award-winning actor and popular singer bought a large 20-room house in Nashville for $4.89 million.
Keith and Nicole bought a large house in Beverly Hills with five bedrooms and five bathrooms for $6.77 million that same year.
In 2010, Kidman and Urban splurged $13.53million on a designer duplex in Manhattan.

In 2020, they purchased a two-bedroom apartment in New York’s Tribeca for $5.3million.
Two years after their wedding, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban purchased a large property in the Southern Highlands region of New South Wales.
This stunning six-bedroom property, known as Bunya Hill, is located on 45 hectares of land in Suttons Forest, about 145 kilometers from Sydney, and is currently estimated to be worth $12 million.
In September, the Daily Mail reported that Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban had separated after 19 years of marriage and raising two children together.
It’s official now – they’ve finalized their divorce and reached a settlement. It all happened so quickly, just three months after she filed for divorce after nearly 19 years together. As a long-time follower, it’s really sad to see, but I’m glad they’ve reached an agreement.
Kidman, 58, cited irreconcilable differences in her September 30 divorce petition.
According to court filings released Tuesday and obtained by the Daily Mail, the couple has agreed neither will receive or pay child or spousal support. Both individuals will also cover their own legal costs.
The divorce agreement, finalized on September 6th before the official filing, fairly divides all possessions – including furniture, cars, money, investments, and personal belongings – with each person keeping what they already have.

According to the parenting plan, Nicole Kidman will have primary custody of her daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith, 14, spending 306 days a year with them. Their father, Keith Urban, 58, will have around 59 days, primarily every other weekend.
Although both parents report earning over $100,000 a month, the court has set child support at $0, as they both requested.
The final agreement states that neither party will receive or pay alimony in the future. Any remaining court fees will be shared equally between them.
The Daily Mail reached out to representatives for both Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban for a comment, but has not yet received a reply.
It’s not confirmed whether the pair had a prenup – though there has been speculation.
However, the documents indicate that Kidman and Urban worked through all the details with their lawyers in a friendly manner, without needing formal investigations or questioning.
