How Eamonn Holmes shared divorce woes with a famous mistress

As a fan of British television, I am thrilled to hear about the potential return of Upstart Crow, starring David Mitchell and written by the brilliant Ben Elton. Having watched the series, I can attest that it is indeed a gem, and I wholeheartedly agree with David’s assessment of Elton as a genius. It’s a delight to see such talented individuals come together to create something so entertaining.

It appears that Eamonn Holmes‘ relationship with his blonde partner, Katie Alexander, is growing more and more significant. Reports suggest they might consider living together after their delightful vacation on a cruise ship during the past few weeks.

However, it has come to light that another woman, known previously as a professional companion, Sarah Symonds, has been offering comfort to him following the breakup of his marriage with television host Ruth Langsford.

54-year-old Symonds shared with me that she’s been corresponding with Eamonn for several years through emails, and more recently, he has opened up to her about his struggles with health issues and marital separation.

Following the news that he and Ruth were separating, he reached out with several emails expressing a somber mood, indicating that his health wasn’t great and life was challenging for him.

Initially, I showed empathy towards him. However, upon realizing that he already had a girlfriend, I found myself feeling rather awkward at the thought of offering him my support with someone by his side.

Regarding his health, it seems quite robust given his current involvement in a romantic relationship! She went on to say, “Frankly, I wasn’t expecting this from him. I thought he was more focused on other matters.

Aren’t you impressed by his audacity, given he’s in a wheelchair, accompanied by his girlfriend, and radiating that satisfied look of a cat who has just caught its prey?

I appreciated it when he chose to establish an email relationship with me, yet found myself questioning his actions since he seems to get quite close to potential danger while interacting with someone who manages a support network for mistresses. I’ve always been open about my identity and background.

Initially, they established a connection when she reached out to Eamonn, proposing the possibility of discussing newspaper reviews on Sky News. Regrettably, this didn’t materialize, yet they continued their communication.

Symonds, who is rumored to have had a relationship with chef Gordon Ramsay from 2001-2008 and operates Mistresses Anonymous, has recently expressed his views about former co-workers of This Morning, Phillip Schofield and Huw Edwards, to her.

In May, Eamonn and Ruth, who are both 64 years old and have been married for 14 years, revealed they were separating. They share a son named Jack, who is 22 years old. It’s believed that Ruth found out about her husband’s interactions with Ms. Alexander, which made the situation unbearable for her to continue in their marriage.

In 2015, Eamonn came across Katie, who had previously gone through divorce, after she commented on one of his social media posts. Prior to their separation being made public in the following year, he took her out on dates such as watching Beyonce perform live and a safari trip, and also purchased tickets for Manchester United games for her enjoyment.

Currently, he and Ruth are going through a divorce. Ruth has enlisted the services of solicitor Catherine Costley, who is a protégé of Baroness Fiona Shackleton. Notably, Baroness Shackleton was the attorney for both King Charles and Sir Paul McCartney during their divorces. At present, Ruth continues to reside in the £3.5 million matrimonial home located in Weybridge, Surrey, while Eamonn has relocated to a spacious apartment in nearby Richmond.

At the TRIC Awards held in June, Eamonn shared: “I can’t definitively say yet, but I sincerely hope we can maintain our friendship.” After undergoing a double hip replacement surgery in 2016, and suffering from three herniated discs in his back in 2021, Eamonn has also had an accident falling down stairs. Unfortunately, he is currently unable to walk without assistance.

Ms. Symonds stated: “Ruth has never appeared more attractive or content. It’s wonderful when those who are unhappily married divorce, allowing them both to flourish. Why endure misery?” She also mentioned: “If her girlfriend ever requires guidance, she knows how to reach me.

Katherine Ryan confused by sausage roll

11-year-old comedian Katherine Ryan found it puzzling when she first saw a sausage roll. Growing up in a household where wheat, barley, rye, and oats were strictly avoided due to celiac disease, she had never encountered such an item before. Intrigued, she asked, “Why are you eating the packaging of that meat?

Dynamite Debicki saved The Crown from Fayed fiasco

At the Emmys this month, Elizabeth Debicki graciously acknowledged Peter Morgan, the writer of The Crown, from the stage after winning for her exceptional performance as Princess Diana.

But actually Morgan owes a debt of gratitude to the actress, 34, as she’s saved him from even worse embarrassment over the programme’s portrayal of Mohamed Al Fayed.

In the sixth season of The Crown, Morgan portrayed Harrods’ manager, who at that time was under scrutiny due to multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, as a benevolent and almost paternal figure towards the Princess.

Many women involved in the BBC investigation, named “Al Fayed: Predator At Harrods,” expressed their motivation for coming forward as a result of their frustration with the way he was depicted in the Netflix series.

Earlier this year, Morgan expressed that if Elizabeth Debicki hadn’t been discovered, he might not have narrated the story through Diana. Instead, he could have chosen to tell the story from the perspective of the Al Fayeds because he believed that portraying the story from an outsider’s viewpoint, who was racially discriminated against, would make it feel more relevant to today’s times.

‘But then, of course, Elizabeth Debicki showed up. So, in the end, I chose to do it as a mixture through the eyes of the Al Fayeds and Diana.’

Morgan, Netflix and Left Bank Pictures are all refusing to comment on Al Fayed and his portrayal.

Will it end with a sequel?

Bad news for Blake Lively: Justin Baldoni holds the film rights to the sequel of It Ends With Us.

The movie featuring both Lively and Baldoni as leads has become a massive success at the box office, surprising many given the negative publicity surrounding Lively’s alleged rude behavior toward Baldoni, her co-star and director, inspired by events depicted in Colleen Hoover’s novel.

From what I gather, it seems that character isn’t rushing to pen the sequel, titled “It Starts With Us”. Given that the initial book features the same set of characters, a crucial choice regarding the female protagonist will have to be addressed when deciding upon the storyline.

How Stan piled on two stone to play The Donald

Actor Sebastian Stan, known for his sculpted physique, reportedly departed from the “doll factory” as stated by director Ali Abbasi. This departure was not for any ordinary role, but rather to portray Donald Trump in the movie The Apprentice. In a surprising transformation, Stan gained over two stone in a short span of time to convincingly embody the former U.S. President. Stan is recognized as Bucky Barnes alongside Chris Evans’ Captain America in the Marvel film series.

In Abbasi’s opinion, if a man is cast as the handsome, sensitive lead in twenty films consecutively, that doesn’t make him a star to him. Instead, he’s simply one of many mass-produced action figures, similar to Ken dolls.

David Mitchell reveals hopes for Upstart Crow revival

David Mitchell felt let down when the BBC decided not to continue with Upstart Crow, a sitcom penned by Ben Elton where he played the role of William Shakespeare.

David shares optimism for a comeback, stating, “Ben Elton expresses interest in penning additional episodes, with the BBC responding, ‘Not right away, but perhaps in the future.’ He continues, ‘I’m excited to work on more. I am very proud of the show and I believe Ben Elton is truly gifted.’

This week, David made his first appearance as a detective on television in the show Ludwig. In a previous role, he acted alongside Harry Enfield and Liza Tarbuck in the comedy series Upstart Crow, which aired for three seasons on BBC1 from 2016 to 2020.

Depp leans into reputation as bohemian wastrel

In the latest movie titled “Modi,” I embrace my free-spirited image, portraying the renowned artist Amedeo Modigliani who found himself ensnared in life’s tumultuous currents, as I, Johnny Depp, describe it – or swept away by the relentless tide of cheap liquor.

This week, the movie that made its debut at the San Sebastian Film Festival showcases a three-day segment of the protagonist, an artist, who’s in a drunken and drug-induced state, arguing fiercely with his girlfriend. It’s Johnny Depp’s second directorial project, following 27 years after he directed The Brave, which received harsh criticism at the Cannes Film Festival.

Josie Gibson, a popular TV host, saw a significant increase in earnings during the period when This Morning faced challenges. Financial records disclosed recently reveal that in the 12 months leading up to December 2023, with Holly Willoughby absent, Gibson’s wealth climbed from £247,000 to an impressive £470,000, as she temporarily took over hosting duties.

Influencer Lauryn Goodman complaining about artificial grass

Lauryn Goodman continues to voice concerns over the lack of AstroTurf in her garden. The social media personality, who shares two children with footballer Kyle Walker, mentioned her request for £32,000 to install artificial grass. During a podcast appearance, she shared her intentions to explain to her kids Kairo and Kinara: “Your dad didn’t want to provide AstroTurf for us, your dad didn’t want us to have air conditioning… I asked, but it was declined.

She’s quite annoyed, as it turns out, since Walker’s four kids with his spouse Annie reside in a £3.4 million house in Cheshire, complete with an artificial lawn. Interestingly enough, I heard that it came with the property when they made their purchase.

Wombles singer-songwriter praises Sting’s sex appeal

Mike Batt, famously recognized for his collaborations with The Wombles, has acknowledged Sting’s timeless allure in a complimentary manner.

In his recently published memoir titled “The Closest Thing To Crazy,” Batt narrates an incident from 1980 when he was working on an album in Holland, coincidentally during The Police’s recording of Zenyatta Mondatta. He shares that the band allowed him to join in their cocaine use and provided a ride for him to a party. He expresses his astonishment at how Sting strolled in, selected the most attractive woman in the room, and vanished upstairs, leaving him spellbound.
