How Disney parks are celebrating the release of Moana 2

As a long-time Disney enthusiast with years of magical memories etched into my heart, I can confidently say that Moana 2’s arrival is like a sweet lullaby to my inner child! The anticipation has been palpable since the first film, and now, it’s finally time to set sail once more.

This weekend, “Moana 2” from Walt Disney Animation Studios will be in theaters, bringing back our beloved title character after an eight-year absence. Fans have been eagerly awaiting this sequel, so anticipation is running high for its release. The excitement has spilled over into Disney’s theme parks, where you can find numerous celebrations, including character interactions, special food items, and nighttime performances.

This week, it came to light that Moana has had a change in her park attire. Now, when you encounter Moana during meet and greets at Hollywood Land in Disney California Adventure Park or Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana at EPCOT, you’ll notice her fresh look, which takes cues from her character in the upcoming sequel.

At Disney World’s Disney Springs, you’ll encounter a splendid Moana 2-themed tree as part of the Christmas Tree Stroll. At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you can find The Animation Experience at Conservation Station where a Disney animator guides visitors on how to breathe life into beloved Disney characters.

In conclusion, sticking with domestic attractions, the “World of Color – Season of Light” at Disney California Adventure Park introduces a fresh water show called “Boat Snack,” which is loosely based on the upcoming film, Moana 2.
