As a seasoned viewer of the dynamic world of entertainment, I must admit that the life of young Harry Collett, the talented actor portraying Jace in “House of the Dragon“, seems to be a whirlwind of political intrigue and royal expectations. It’s not every day you find yourself balancing the pressures of a prophecy, dragon politics, and etiquette lessons for upstart peasants!

Harry Collett, a young and talented actor, has gained significant recognition for his role in “House of the Dragon” as Jacaerys Velaryon, commonly known as Jace. In the series’ second season, Jace faced numerous challenges. Despite possessing his own dragon, Vermax, he was restricted from riding it due to political tensions, with rivals potentially targeting him. His mother entrusted him with a prophecy that every Targaryen ruler is expected to fulfill, causing Jace to feel his birthright under threat. This threat is amplified by the emergence of a group of commoners who ride dragons and seem to be acting disrespectfully towards the established norms and etiquette, thereby lowering the overall atmosphere.

Interestingly enough, this conversation somehow leads me to share the news that Harry Collett has recently been featured in a Calvin Klein underwear ad campaign. Some images from the shoot were even shared on his Instagram account.

Collett joins an esteemed group of celebrities who have modeled for Calvin Klein campaigns, following in the footsteps of notable figures such as Mark Wahlberg, Justin Bieber, Travis Fimmel from “Vikings”, Michael B. Jordan, Jacob Elordi, and Jeremy Allen White. It’s quite an exclusive circle to be part of.

Currently, it appears that Collett doesn’t have any other film or television projects lined up at this moment. However, he is set to reappear as Jace in the upcoming third season of “House of the Dragon,” which has already begun pre-production. When we last saw “House of the Dragon,” the series was on the brink of a significant battle known as the Battle of the Gullet; while I won’t reveal any spoilers, Jace plays a role in this event. Expect to see these events unfold early on when new episodes of “House of the Dragon” begin airing in 2026.
