Hot Wheels is taking a trip down memory lane for San Diego Comic-Con 2025, unveiling a special edition to mark the 40th anniversary of “Back to the Future”. This unique collector’s set, crafted in a 1:64 scale, replicates the famous Twin Pines Mall scene. For the first time, it includes a die-cast version of Doc Brown’s GMC Value Van and an updated Time Machine adorned with exclusive decorations.

This set comes in a fold-out diorama package modeled after movies, with an interactive exterior box that mimics the scene of the time travel test from the 1985 film. The packaging showcases genuine movie artwork and includes Real Rider wheels on both vehicles to enhance its realism.

The Hot Wheels Back to the Future 40th Anniversary Time Machine Set, priced at $32 USD and available in a maximum of two per customer, is set to launch on July 24, 2025, during SDCC (San Diego Comic-Con).
