Honor of Kings Invitational (KIS) Season 4 to take place in Indonesia starting January 31, 2026

Honor of Kings is kicking off its 2026 esports season with the Honor of Kings Invitational 2026 Season 4, continuing a yearly tradition. As revealed in the esports roadmap earlier this year, numerous tournaments will be held globally. Level Infinite and TiMi Studios are partnering to host these events.

Honor of Kings Invitational (KIS) 2026 Season 4: Schedule and Format

The event will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia, starting on January 31st, 2026. Eight teams will compete in a tournament that has two parts. First, the Group Stage will begin on the opening day, dividing the teams into two groups of four.

During the initial group stage, no teams will be eliminated. Instead, teams will play each other in a round robin format, with each match being a best-of-five series. The top two teams from each group will move on to the bracket, but they won’t be able to choose their opponents from the group winners. The two teams with the worst records, however, will be available for other teams to select as their initial opponents.

Okay, so the real competition starts on February 5th, 2026! That’s when the Knockout stage begins, and it’s straight-up single elimination – lose once, and you’re out. The teams that topped their groups get a slight advantage, they get to pick who they want to face from the lower-ranked teams. And get this, every match in this stage is a best-of-seven, so it’s gonna be a real test of skill and endurance!

Throughout the event, we’ll be using a global ban and pick system. If the final match ends in a tie, we’ll decide the winner with an Ultimate Battle System.
