As previously announced, exciting events are imminent, with the Honor of Kings Invitational 2025 Season 3 set to take place in Manilla, Philippines. The event, slated to begin on February 21st, 2025, will feature 12 participants and a substantial prize pool.
Honor of Kings Invitational 2025 Season 3: Schedule and Format
The event will feature two distinct phases, starting on the 21st of February 2025 and concluding on the 24th of the same month. During this initial phase, called the group stage, teams will be organized into four groups, with three teams in each group. Each group will contain one seeded team and two unseeded teams. All teams will play a single round-robin tournament, with a Best of 5 (BO5) format for each match. The top two teams from each group will progress to the Knockout Stage, while the third-placed team in each group will be eliminated.
The tournament, featuring only 8 teams left, is set to begin its elimination phase on the 26th of February and conclude by the 28th. The Honor of Kings Invitational 2025 Season 3 will come to an end on March 1st, 2025, with the announcement of the winning team as champion.
After the initial rounds, we’ll move on to the elimination phase, where each team only gets one loss before they’re out. Teams from the same group won’t meet again in the quarterfinals. For this stage, all matches will be best-of-seven. The tournament will employ a global ban-pick system for game selection, and the final round of the best-of-seven match will follow the Ultimate Battle rules.
