HoYoverse is preparing to launch the 4.1 update for Honkai: Star Rail, called “Unraveled for Daybreak,” on March 25th, 2026. The update will introduce a new character named Ashveil, expand the Planarcadia map, and will be available for a shorter duration of 28 days.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.1: Map Expansion and New Enemy
The Astral Express journeyed to Planarcadia in Version 4.0, and the story begun there will continue. Version 4.1 will introduce the Pearluxe Tower and Lookout Cloud Station areas, along with a challenging new boss called “Alloy Mechatron King Pom-Pom.”

Ashveil
Ashveil is a powerful new 5-Star character in Honkai: Star Rail specializing in Lightning-element attacks. He’s a damage dealer (DPS) who can weaken enemies’ defenses, build up energy for his skills, and unleash powerful follow-up attacks. Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.1: Reruns
Honkai: Star Rail’s Version 4.1 update will be shorter than usual, lasting just 28 days. This means each character event will be available for 14 days. The new Ashveil character banner will run for the full 28 days, but any returning character banners will only be available for 14 days.

Divergent Universe: Arcadian Chronicles
Divergent Universe is adding a new game mode where players can change how the game plays using Masks and Waypoint Passes. These items let you activate special effects and gain advantages in combat.
