Honkai Star Rail Hyacine Best Light Cone

Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky (Hyacine 5* Light Cone)First off, that flat 18% SPD boost? Amazing for her and super helpful for any Remembrance-focused team. But the effects go deeper. Every time you use her basic skill or ultimate, she consumes 1% HP from all allies.

Sounds risky, but it sets up something really interesting: the next time her memosprite attacks, it deals bonus damage based on 250% of the total HP consumed. That’s a pretty wild interaction.

And it gets better when the memosprite uses its skill, all enemies take 18% more damage for 2 turns. That’s a vulnerability debuff, so it helps the whole team dish out more damage.

Overall, the cone is kind of chaotic on paper, but in practice, it’s amazing. She gets faster, enables unique HP interactions (which some units benefit from), adds bonus damage, and amplifies overall team DPS.

Memory’s Curtain Never Falls (5*)The free-to-play Light Cone from the Herta store is still totally viable. You’ll lose a bit of teamwide DMG amp and SPD, but honestly, it’s more than enough for most comps.

Best Team Comps for Hyacine in Honkai Star Rail

Castorice Team

Is Hyacine a good character to acquire through the summoning process? In my view, absolutely yes, particularly if you’re focusing on Castorice teams. Even at the early stage of E0S0, she’s impressive. She offers a level of reliability that Castorice teams can leverage. She’s a healer with over 200 Speed, capable of consistently dispensing healing every turn, and even when Castorice lowers or consumes an ally’s HP.

In the story “Pure Fiction,” Tribbie played an indispensable role for Castorice. However, Hyacine alters this dynamic significantly. With her robust healing abilities and unexpected sub-DPS capability, Hyacine essentially steps into the role that Tribbie once held, allowing characters like Ruan Mei to take Tribbie’s previous position without compromising the team’s effectiveness.

Blade Team

I must admit, playing with Blade + Hyacine is enjoyable. Once her S1 ability is unlocked, it flows effortlessly. She boosts his maximum health, makes him more vulnerable for increased damage, and continually regenerates energy from frequent health drain. This synergy significantly improves his follow-up attacks, making them both consistent and powerful. Surprisingly, at times she even deals enough damage to be considered the main carry. It’s a great advantage for Blade players, especially with the upcoming enhancements in Version 3.4.

The Herta Team

Currently, Lingsha serves as The Herta’s primary support, but Hyacine is a capable substitute. Hyacine assists The Herta in meeting her energy demands more smoothly due to consistent basic attacks that activate Ica. Although she doesn’t deliver the same burst damage as a Skill-Fuyuan-Ultimate combo, she offers high action frequency and dependable area of effect through Ica, particularly beneficial when dealing with multiple opponents.

Feixiao Team

Hyacine synergizes exceptionally with Feixiao, particularly at level E0. To maximize their compatibility, simply deploy Hyacine’s skill on the initial turn, activate her ultimate, and subsequently let Ica initiate attacks. Feixiao appreciates this strategy because she performs optimally with frequent actions and regular damage triggers. While Feixiao prefers more coordinated team compositions at level E2, players at level E0 will find Hyacine a powerful choice. She also serves as an effective substitute when Aventurine is unavailable, providing improved consistency and team support.

Is Hyacine worth pulling in HSR

Generally speaking, Hyacine at stage E0S0 is an outstanding asset to many teams already. Her abilities significantly improve at stage E0S1, enhancing team compositions and synergies, but she’s effective without it as well. She excels in high-Speed teams, bolsters HP-scaling Damage Per Second (DPS) characters, and provides robust sustainability along with sub-DPS benefits. Therefore, she’s definitely worth considering for recruitment. Currently, she ranks among the top sustain units available.
