In Honkai Star Rail, Lingsha is a 5-star Fire character on the Path of Abundance.
Through the disclosure, we gain valuable insights into Lingsha’s persona. Initially, it unveils her true name, Dan Zhu, and her occupation as a Vidyadhara healer. Furthermore, it introduces her new position within the Alchemy Commission: the Cauldron Master. Notably, she possesses an exceptional ability to detect ailments through her acute sense of smell, while using incense to soothe those around her.
I’ve decided to adopt a new gaming alias for myself – Lingsha. This name holds significance from ancient Chinese practices, representing the fine powder of mercury sulfide used in alchemy and traditional healing methods.
There’s a strong resemblance between her and the Nuwa character from Honkai Impact 3rd. In earlier editions of HI3, Nuwa was known as Dan Zhu, adding to this connection.
Within the game, Lingsha is represented as a five-star character with a Fire element alignment, following the Path of Abundance. She holds the distinction of being the initial character belonging to this Archetype. Rumors indicate that she inflicts damage across all her abilities and provides healing for teammates over an extended period.
Lingsha voice actors
Whitney Holland serves as the English voice actress for Lingsha. She’s known for her parts in various productions such as Penny in My Time at Sandrock, Faetale and Venus in Monster Never Cry, and Sylas in Sigh of the Abyss.
Simultaneously, the Japanese voice artist responsible for her part is Maeda Kaori. Previously, she voiced Shizuku Osaka in Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club, Mari Tachibana in Back Street Girls, and Aria Futaba in Aikatsu Stars!
When will Lingsha be playable in Honkai Star Rail?
Starting September 11, 2024, she will become available for gameplay in the Honkai Star Rail’s version 2.5 update, accompanied by Feixiao. Assuming no delays in the standard update schedule, this marks her anticipated launch date.
