Story Highlights

  • Honkai: Nexus Anima is the latest Honkai IP game with creature collection and strategy.
  • The game features Anima collection, autochess style battles, exploration, activities, unique characters, and more.

HoYoverse has begun pre-registration for their new game, Honkai: Nexus Anima, on their website. The game, which combines creature collecting with adventure and strategy elements, was first shown in May. Leaks suggested it would feature gameplay similar to autochess, and a closed beta test was announced for mobile and PC in August.

Get ready to collect Anima, explore the vibrant world, and engage in strategic battles

Honkai: Nexus Anima is the newest game in the popular Honkai universe. It combines the fun of collecting creatures with exciting adventure and strategic gameplay. You’ll collect and train powerful creatures called Destined Spirits, or Anima, to unlock new skills and build a winning team for automatic battles.

The game world is vibrant and a joy to discover, offering various ways to get around like flying on your anima, riding animal companions, or gliding. These adorable anima companions follow you everywhere – they’re reminiscent of Pokémon – and you can even bond with them by playing games like seesaw.

Players can enjoy deep character customization, and more

I’m really looking forward to the detailed character customization – you can change everything from how your character looks to what they wear. But what I’m most excited about is collecting creatures like Puddlipup and Taileep, and then using them in strategic battles that are similar to autochess. It feels different and fresh compared to other autobattlers, such as Magic Chess: Go Go, and other games in the genre.

The game is shaping up to be really impressive! It boasts beautiful graphics, a huge world to discover, and lovable characters. I’m especially excited about some of the unique personalities like Cassio Rollex, Victus, and Kumyo Kyo, and I can’t wait to see what the developers do with it.

Pre-registration for Honkai: Nexus Anima is now available on the official website. While we don’t have a release date yet, keep an eye out for future announcements!
