Home and Away’s Juliet Godwin shares major relationship news: ‘Here’s to forever, baby’

Juliet Godwin is engaged to her longtime love Sam Masters.

The actress who plays Dr. Bree Cameron on the Australian soap opera Home and Away announced some exciting news on Instagram this Tuesday.

She shared a photo of herself and her fiancé on a South African beach, writing, ‘October was a wonderful month, and here’s to a lifetime together!’

In the picture, the couple looked windswept as Juliet showed off the sparkler on her ring finger.

Friends, family, and Juliet’s co-stars from Home and Away all sent their congratulations and good wishes to the couple.

‘Congratulations lovely people,’ Lynne McGranger penned.

Ada Nicodemou chimed in: ‘Congratulations!!! What great news.’

‘Congratulations darling, what lovely news,’ wrote Emily Symons.

The actress, originally from Zimbabwe, shared with Adelaide Now that she met her boyfriend, Sam, of four years at a party.

She jokingly explained that Sam was captivated by her impressive 70s dance skills, especially her sprinkler step, and that’s how their relationship began.

Rumors have been circulating that Juliet is leaving Summer Bay, sparked by a potential ‘farewell’ photo that appeared on Facebook in July.

The actress, a member of the show’s cast since 2022, was spotted having a meal with her colleagues, including co-star Matt Evans.

Home and Away makeup artist Amy Weems also celebrated a birthday alongside the festivities.

The photo was posted with a message wishing Amy Weems a happy birthday and saying goodbye to Juliet Godwin, calling them both ‘beauties’.

People immediately reacted to the post on the Home and Away Spoilers and Info Facebook page.

One fan confirmed the news, and another said the actress has already finished filming her last scenes.

However, not everyone was in agreement.

‘Fake news,’ quipped an enthusiastic viewer.

Channel Seven didn’t respond when asked by Daily Mail Australia about possible changes to the show’s cast.
