Hollywood producer James Cummings claims Diddy tried to force disturbing sexual act in gym steam room leading to nude brawl

A prominent filmmaker publicly alleged that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs had made inappropriate sexual advances towards him at a fitness center, resulting in a physical altercation that left both men unclothed and combative.

In the year 2002, James Cummings, a well-known actor and film executive who is now 57 years old, stated that an incident occurred. This incident happened when he and the music industry heavyweight, also 55, found themselves alone in a steam room at an LA Fitness gym situated in Los Angeles.

In the end, he stood up to the provocative sexual advances of the rapper, yet this unsettling event left him feeling jittery and embarrassed, as he shared with The Daily Mail during an exclusive conversation.

Amidst the ongoing sixth week of Diddy’s New York trial for sex trafficking and racketeering allegations, a surprising story emerges. However, it’s important to note that Combs has consistently maintained his innocence regarding all the charges levied against him.

Cummings, acquaintance of Mark and Donnie Wahlberg, who featured in Cummings’ 1999 crime thriller Southie, mentioned that he was familiar with Combs’s mentor, the late record executive Andre Harrell, and had previously been made aware of Diddy (Sean) through his real name.

Referring back to the gym incident, he explained how things rapidly developed as soon as he walked into the room.

In the steam room, I entered. There, he glanced at me, as Cummings mentioned. In response, I also gave him a glance, yet my mind remained unfazed since I had observed him on several previous occasions.

Suddenly, he rises and stretches as if he’s brushing the ceiling. Then, he bows in my direction, and before I realize it, his hands are on my legs.

‘He’s got these Tootsie Roll fingers, long thumbs and white fingernails.

I seized the individual. I exclaimed, “Hold on, wait a moment!” Surprisingly, he charged towards me in an attempt to body-check me. The situation was quite peculiar and strange.

He is aggressively attempting to kiss or mouth me, despite our disagreement, as I struggle to push him away.

‘I punch him in the face and throw him off of me. I shout, “What’s the matter with you?”

‘He comes at me again so I grab him by the neck and nail him a couple more times.

I pull him from the steam room and forcefully press him against a wall. We’re both bare. I continue to strike him several times, until eventually, he falls to the floor.

‘I throw a towel on and run to the front desk yelling “that rapper guy tried to suck my c**k”.

Everyone goes with me into the sauna, just as only his sneakers remain behind, similar to Cinderella’s tale. He quickly grabbed his garments and dashed out through the back exit.

After everyone followed me into the sauna, all that was left were his sneakers, much like in Cinderella’s story where only her glass slipper remained. He then picked up his clothes and hurriedly exited through the back door.

According to Cummings, the staff informed him that Diddy wasn’t a formal member of the gym, but he often paid casually to use the steam room on regular occasions.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I was informed that this individual doesn’t adhere to regular fitness routines; instead, he prefers to settle transactions in cold, hard cash. He exhibits an uncanny ability to appear and disappear at will.

Cummings said the next time he saw Diddy was 14 years later at LA steakhouse Boa.

‘I see someone walking toward me. He’s got a tux on. It’s P. Diddy,’ he said.

‘We lock eyes, and when he sees me he banks left and cuts across the restaurant. 

‘He knew who I was.’

Despite Cummings expressing pride in fending off the suspected harasser, the incident still left him feeling deeply embarrassed.

He reflected on the present, considering the harmful acts he has inflicted on others, including an attempt against me. Remarkably, I was able to thwart him, treating him with the same contempt he deserved.

Feeling quite ashamed and mortified, I can’t help but dwell on the situation, wishing I had acted differently, but upon reflection, I realize that there was nothing else I could have done.

I’ve never encountered an instance where a man attacked me, attempting to kiss my intimate areas.

Previously, it came to light through DailyMail.com that Diddy was a regular at a bathhouse in New York City, where it was claimed he sought out potential male companions.

In an interview with The Art of the Dialogue, Gene Deal – once Diddy’s bodyguard – discussed how, several months prior to his arrest for allegedly operating a criminal organization, Diddy frequently visited both Russian and Turkish bathhouses in downtown Manhattan.

The individual asserted that his supervisor frequently covertly visited steam rooms, often three times a week, where he socialized with men who identified as gay.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Cummings shared that Diddy’s criticism left him feeling deeply downcast. However, due to his challenging childhood, he found it difficult to discuss this emotion until many years had passed.

‘I come out and there is all this commotion going on,’ she said. 

In a noisy environment, I glance around and spot my spouse, visibly upset, wrapped in a small, white towel. He’s shouting, “He assaulted me! He was attempting to inappropriately touch me, and I gave him a good thrashing!

Jennifer, who has appeared on shows like Friends, CSI Miami, and The Perfect Storm (2000), recently mentioned that James strolled in a few days ago while she was tuned into the television coverage of Diddy’s trial. Upon seeing footage of the rapper assaulting his girlfriend Cassie, James showed clear signs of being deeply moved or disturbed by it.

They played the Cassie video once more. He said, “That’s precisely how I dealt with P Diddy when he assaulted me in the steam room.”

The Cassie video was shown again. He remarked, “That’s exactly what happened to P Diddy when he attacked me in the steam room.”

Diddy is currently on trial for racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.

His criminal probe encompasses exploring the history of his notorious parties known as ‘Freak Offs’, during which allegations suggest he engaged in sex under the influence of drugs with fellow celebrities, as well as hiring male escorts for such encounters.

Diddy has denied wrongdoing and is fighting the case in court.

His lawyers did not immediately respond to the Daily Mail’s request for comment.
