Hollywood bombshell who was on Twin Peaks and dated Johnny Depp shares rare selfie, can you guess who she is?

A TV star from an iconic 1990s crime drama posted a rare selfie this week.

On the iconic TV series Twin Peaks, the aesthetic element played a role alongside actors like Lara Flynn Boyle and Kyle MacLachlan.

And the photogenic sweetie also dated bad boy of Hollywood Johnny Depp.

This individual has made appearances as a guest star on popular television shows like Friends, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Gilmore Girls, and Dawson’s Creek.

This week she shared a rare photo to Instagram as she talked up her Los Angeles show.

Over the past few months, this star has appeared with both light and dark hair, adding an extra challenge when trying to identify her.

Can you guess who she is?

She is Sherilyn Fenn.

The 60-year-old hard-working actress has been on several projects like Twin Peaks and Shameless.

Apart from that, she was featured in films like “Of Mice and Men,” “Fatal Instinct,” “Boxing Helena,” and “Two Moon Junction.” Notably, she portrayed Elizabeth Taylor in a cinematic production as well.

On Twin Peaks played the lovestruck 18-year-old Audrey Horne on the 1990s series Twin Peaks.

David Lynch, a renowned filmmaker from Hollywood, was instrumental in developing the TV series Twin Peaks. In this show, Kyle MacLachlan played the role of Dale Cooper, an attractive FBI agent who was on a mission to solve the mysterious murder of a young girl.

In this rephrased version, Sherilyn portrayed Audrey, a classmate of the murder victim, who developed feelings for Dale and helped him in his investigation by exposing her own father as a potential suspect.

Initially, the show “Twin Peaks” aired only for two seasons in 1990 and 1991, leaving its audience intrigued yet puzzled due to several unresolved plot threads.

Back in the day, I became absolutely hooked on this mind-bending show that had everyone talking – it was called “Twin Peaks.” In 1992, they released a prequel movie titled “Fire Walk With Me,” which only fueled my obsession further. Fast forward to 2017, and the series made a triumphant return for one incredible season, but unfortunately, Sherilyn F. was not part of the cast in either project.

Sherilyn, hailing from Detroit, relocated to Los Angeles along with her family during her teenage years. Leaving high school behind, she pursued acting education at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, an institution renowned for its founder, the esteemed teacher who established the Actors’ Studio.

In her youth, at the age of 19, she had a short stint working for Playboy. Later on, she kicked off her career in Hollywood during the 1980s, appearing in B-movies like “Thrashin'” alongside Josh Brolin and “The Wraith” with Charlie Sheen in fantasy action films.

In 1985, Sherilyn briefly dated Prince, yet it wasn’t until later that same year while filming the student movie “Dummies” that she encountered her actual first love, Johnny Depp.

For over three years, Johnny was romantically involved with Sherilyn, and the two of them even became engaged. However, their relationship eventually ended, and Johnny started dating Jennifer Grey afterwards.

While they were a pair, Sherilyn advanced her career by appearing as a guest star in the timeless 1980s high school sitcom “21 Jump Street.

Over the past few years, I’ve been unabashedly referring to Johnny as my “first heartthrob” and “the one who stole my heart,” expressing my deepest feelings for him publicly. When his ex-wife Amber Heard and he found themselves in a painful legal battle over domestic abuse allegations, I stood by him, believing in his innocence throughout the ordeal that eventually ended with him triumphantly emerging victorious.

In 2016, when Amber made accusations against Johnny, Sherilyn posted a photo with him on Twitter along with the message: “I’m confident that JCD isn’t capable of what’s being claimed.

One memorable character she played was Audrey Horne on Twin Peaks in 1990, which greatly boosted her fame. In the same year, she also posed nude for Playboy magazine, further solidifying her reputation as a prominent Hollywood actress and national idol.

In the year when the series Twin Peaks debuted, she made an appearance in the David Lynch film “Wild at Heart,” with Nicolas Cage and Laura Dern as the main stars.

In addition, during that decade, she was featured in the 1992 film adaptation of John Steinbeck’s Of Mice and Men, which was directed by Gary Sinise, who starred in the movie as well.

Between 1998 and 2001, she took on the main character, a once-popular soap opera actress, in the sitcom Rude Awakening, alongside stars like Lynn Redgrave and Mario Van Peebles.

She appeared as a recurring character in several well-known television shows, among them Friends, where she portrayed a character with a prosthetic leg who romanced Joey (played by Matt LeBlanc) and later Chandler (portrayed by Matthew Perry).

Apart from her current role, Sherilyn has graced numerous other television shows as well, including Gilmore Girls, Dawson’s Creek, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Psych, and the American adaptation of Shameless.

Since 2022, she’s been a main cast member on the horror-comedy TV show “Shining Vale,” which stars alongside Courteney Cox, Greg Kinnear, and Mira Sorvino.

In her private sphere, she has two sons: Myles, aged 30, from her previous marriage to musician Toulouse Holliday, and Christian, 17, born to her former partner Dylan Stewart.
