Previously on Hollyoaks, now aged 41, who’s been with another ex-Emmerdale actor since 2022, sported a laid-back look in a complete black outfit.

At a sporting occasion, she presented an athletic silhouette wearing form-fitting leggings and a laid-back sweater.

In this charming photo, Nikki embraced her partner by wrapping her arms around his waist, gazing fondly upward at him while they struck a pose for the photographers.

Simultaneously, at forty years old, Anthony wore a relaxed black hoodie and coordinating shorts while affectionately snuggling with her, flashing a goofy smile for the photographers.

Nikki revealed in March that she had quit Hollyoaks after starring as Maxine Minniver for 13 years.

Prior to shooting her last scenes in April, the actress confided in The Mirror that parting ways was an extremely challenging choice for her.

She shared with the outlet, “Making the choice to depart was extremely challenging for me as Maxine plays such a significant role in my life – a role that I cherish deeply.

Making the decision wasn’t a swift or immediate process; instead, it required considerable thought and self-reflection over an extended period. The moment didn’t just present itself, and there were times when I wrestled with myself about it. However, I was fortunate enough to consult with people in my circle and gather their insights, which helped me arrive at my conclusion.

I’m thankful for the long-term stability I’ve enjoyed; now, it’s time to accept and navigate the uncertainty about what lies ahead.

She affirmed that she hasn’t finished her involvement with the soap genre yet, and if offered the opportunity, she could return to Coronation Street, a place where she portrayed Candice Stowe in the past.

Nikki joined the cast of Hollyoaks in 2012 and has become a huge fan favourite over the years.

Throughout her career, she has been featured in numerous impactful plotlines, such as experiencing domestic violence in her partnership with Patrick Blake, suffering from sexual assault following a social gathering, and having her persona diagnosed with Munchausen’s Syndrome.

Hollyoaks isn’t the only TV show that Nikki has appeared on.

Between 1999 and 2005, the star took on the role of Candice Stowe in ITV’s Coronation Street.

In 2006, she appeared in Holby City as Monica Southworth.

From 2008 to 2009, Nikki portrayed Dawn Bellamy on Heartbeat, and in 2012, she secured the role of Amy Harris in Casualty as well.

Over time, she has been recognized with numerous nominations for television honors. In the year 2014, she was awarded Best Actress at the Inside Soap Awards.
