Hollyoaks star Jonny Clarke welcomes his first child as the former soap actor’s wife gives birth to a baby boy

Hollyoaks star Jonny Clarke has welcomed his first child with his wife Stephanie. 

The 31-year-old ex-actor, renowned for his character Bart McQueen in the Channel 4 soap opera, has remained discreet about his pregnancy for the past ten months.

Now, he’s given a peek into his domestic bliss by posting two heartwarming photos of him interacting with his toddler son on Instagram.

In this rephrased version, the enthusiastic father, who gained recognition upon joining the soap opera in 2010, wrote: ‘My arc of colors, my source of light, my boy.’

Previously this past summer, Johnny posted a picture where he announced that he had just welcomed a new baby into his life and was celebrating Father’s Day for the first time.

Jonny is keeping his child’s name a secret and he doesn’t share pictures of his son on social platforms.

In September 2023 the couple tied the knot in a romantic ceremony.

On their wedding day, Johnny looked dashingly stylish in a well-tailored tuxedo. This included sleek black pants, a pristine white dress shirt, a neat bowtie, and a cream colored jacket.

He beamed a large grin while embracing his newly wedded spouse, Steph, who radiated her bridal elegance in a stunning, strapless satin wedding gown.

In his social media post, Johnny subtly revealed that their wedding would take place on August 7th, choosing to keep the specifics of their memorable event private.

Jonny’s previous colleagues from Hollyoaks expressed their congratulations to the joyful pair by posting messages in the comment section.

Jamie Lomas, portraying Warren Fox, commented: ‘Well done friend,’ and Rhys Ashworth actor Andrew Moss chimed in with: ‘Massive congratulations to both of you.’

For a period of at least six years, Johnny was in a relationship with his future wife Stephanie. They recently got married last month, and their shared Instagram posts date back to the year 2017.

Initially, Jonny made his debut on Hollyoaks playing the character Bart back in 2010. He remained in the series for a span of three years, exiting in 2013. However, he popped up again in the drama for a short stint in 2017.

Nevertheless, he departed the series when his character Bart was brutally killed by Warren Fox due to Bart’s role in the death of Warren’s sister Katy Fox three years prior.

After quitting the soap opera, it’s been said that he shifted his focus away from acting and is now pursuing a career in marketing instead.

In 2012, Jonny was nominated for Best Serial Drama performance at the National Television Awards.

He last appeared in Hollyoaks in 2017 and has maintained a relatively low profile since then.
