Holly Willoughby shared that she’s incredibly thankful as she looks back on her 45th birthday, in a post she made on Friday.
The former This Morning host celebrated their 45th birthday on Wednesday and shared a selfie on Instagram to commemorate the occasion.
Holly looked glowing in a photo, relaxing with her cat, a glass of wine, and a puzzle.
I’m enjoying a peaceful moment, listening to the rain with Dave – and our cat (the kids renamed her years ago, but she responds to both names!) – while we work on a birthday puzzle.
Just wanted to express my gratitude for all the lovely birthday wishes! You’re the greatest, and I’m incredibly thankful as I start my 45th year.
This follows a heartfelt birthday message from Holly’s sister, Kelly, who shared a touching tribute earlier this week.
Kelly, the sister of the former This Morning host, posted an adorable old photo on Instagram to celebrate a special occasion.
A sweet photo showed Holly and Kelly as kids, with Holly beaming a lovely smile.
Kelly shared a photo with a birthday message for Holly Willoughby, playfully calling her ‘Snow White’ to her own ‘Rose Red’.
‘May your day be filled with butter icing and bubbles. Love you endlessly.’
Holly and Kelly are very close friends and often spend their summer vacations together with their families. Holly owns a luxurious home worth around £2 million in the Algarve region of Portugal.
Kelly is also the managing director of Holly’s lifestyle brand Wylde Moon.
Nearly five years after starting, the company has discontinued its jewelry collection and podcast. It also appears to have let go of its editors who focused on hair, beauty, style, and wellness.
According to documents filed with Companies House last month, Holly Willoughby’s company, Wylde Moon, currently lists only two employees: Holly herself and her sister.
The project initially launched in 2021 with a team of 14 people and featured many contributors on its website. Currently, no contributors are listed or acknowledged on the site.
Just last week, news came out that Holly and her husband, Dan Baldwin, who works in television, have sold their London house for £6.4 million.
Records show the Edwardian property was sold in 2024 after the couple’s children moved out, following the discovery of the disturbing plot to kidnap, rape, and murder Holly.
Last year, a jury at Chelmsford Crown Court found security guard Gavin Plumb guilty of asking someone to murder Holly and of encouraging or helping others to kidnap and rape her.
A 38-year-old man from Harlow, Essex, received a life sentence and will serve at least 16 years in prison.
The couple bought their £8 million home in July 2024 without needing a mortgage, after leaving their previous residence.
