It has come to light that Holly’s Netflix program, Celebrity Bear Hunt, was cancelled following its first season, due to allegations that the cost of producing it was excessively high.

This setback occurred a few months following the hiatus of her popular show “Dancing On Ice” in March. Additionally, she chose to relinquish her hosting responsibilities on “You Bet!” around the same time.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that Holly is being considered for the resurrection of Cilla Black’s Blind Date, along with figures such as Claudia Winkleman and Davina McCall.

Previously, there were whispers that the popular ITV series might return on BBC, but now it appears the dating show is set to be revived on Disney+ instead.

In March, Holly was highly anticipated to follow in the footsteps of Cilla, as she was offered several high-value contracts totaling up to £10 million.

For the first time in over twenty years, it’s unusual for Holly not to have an ITV program scheduled on her calendar, as she’s been a beloved figure on their television network.

For quite some time, she’s been well-known across ITV and ITV2, as she’s hosted programs such as Surprise Surprise, Celebrity Juice, The Games, The Xtra Factor, and I’m A Celebrity.

Holly has become particularly famous for co-hosting This Morning with Philip Schofield from 2009 to 2023, and for taking charge of Dancing on Ice starting in 2006.

Meanwhile, it seems that ITV fans will miss out on seeing Holly, since no official announcement about her joining another project with the channel has been made yet.

ITV suffered a significant setback when Holly declined an attractive offer to host a new installment of the beloved game show You Bet! due to her existing obligations.
