A disagreement over a hen party invitation has led to a surprising outcome: 59-year-old Caroline Peaty has been excluded from her son Adam’s wedding to his fiancée, Holly, 25.

Holly and her fiancé, 30-year-old world champion swimmer Adam, were reportedly very upset by the post. The couple has been together for over two years and plans to marry at Bath Abbey this Christmas.
Someone close to the Peaty family shared that the swimmer deeply upset his mother by contacting her after a social media post from his aunt. He told her she wasn’t welcome at the wedding and that she would no longer have a relationship with his son, George, or any future grandchildren.
