Holly Ramsay recently gave fans a peek into the stylish home she shares with her husband, Adam Peaty, through a new video highlighting their do-it-yourself decorating projects and furniture.
Gordon Ramsay’s daughter recently revealed the renovations she’s done to the beautiful home she lives in with her Olympic swimmer partner, amid ongoing and increasingly tense disagreements with his family.
On Thursday, Holly posted a video on Instagram showing herself doing various home improvement projects.
I was so excited to see inside Holly’s home! She shared a quick video, and honestly, the interiors are gorgeous. There’s incredible art everywhere you look, and the soft furnishings are just dreamy – think fluffy, fur-lined cushions on a beautiful white and pink baroque sofa, and a really striking patterned armchair. It’s all so chic and stylish!
The house also had beautiful stained-glass windows with vibrant green details and a rose pattern.
Holly was working in her garden, sanding materials with an electric sander. She was wearing a teal Alo sweatshirt and sweatpants.
The influencer prepped and installed wall panelling, first using a saw to cut the panels, then a leveller to ensure they were straight before securing them with a ladder.
This follows criticism from his aunt Louise after reports surfaced that he’s been referring to his father-in-law, Gordon Ramsay, as ‘Dad’ during a family dispute.
The Peaty family is facing a major rift after Adam, 31, reportedly prohibited his parents, Caroline and Mark, from attending his wedding to Holly, 26, which took place in December. This came to light in November.
With their conflict still ongoing, Gordon—who recently released a Netflix documentary about the Olympian—shared that Adam has begun referring to him as ‘Dad.’ Caroline’s sister, Louise Williams, criticized this as overly flattering and insincere.
Louise shared on Threads about the dedication of a bricklayer named Mark. She explained that he worked incredibly hard, even to the point of injuring his hands, to afford swimming lessons.
She expressed sympathy for Adam’s father, questioning how Adam could behave the way he did. She reminded him that his father had worked incredibly hard, literally damaging his hands, to support Adam’s dreams. He spent years doing physically demanding and exhausting work as a bricklayer, all without complaint.
Last week, Gordon Ramsay released a new six-episode documentary series. It shows him opening new restaurants in London’s Bishopsgate and includes a quick look at Adam and Holly’s engagement party.
Before the documentary came out, Caroline asked to be cut from the film, even though she only appeared briefly in one scene.
Ever since the documentary came out, Gordon shared that Adam now refers to him as ‘dad.’ Adam sent him messages like, ‘Hey dad, what are you up to?’ and ‘Hey dad, will you be around later?’ Gordon said it was an incredibly moving experience.
Louise was furious when she heard the news and demanded Adam acknowledge everything his parents had done for him. She specifically pointed out his father Mark’s hard work as a bricklayer, explaining it had helped make Adam’s Olympic dream possible.
I’m writing this with tears in my eyes. Your dad worked incredibly hard, even to the point of hurting his hands, to pay for your swimming lessons before you started getting sponsored…
He worked incredibly long and physically demanding days as a bricklayer, never complaining. It’s upsetting to see how Adams is now behaving towards Mr. Ramsay, and the way he’s treated my sister and brother-in-law is truly awful.
She went on to mention that Adam had recently credited his swimming coach, Melanie Marshall, with helping him become the person he is today.
Louise continued, expressing her sympathy for Adam’s father. She questioned Adam’s actions, pointing out that his father had worked incredibly hard to give him the opportunity to follow his dreams.
You acknowledge Mr. Ramsay as a father figure and Mel as a major influence on who you’ve become. But what about your biological parents? Your behavior is frankly ridiculous.
I’ve been following this whole situation with the Ramsays, and honestly, it’s been wild! She really went in on them, specifically mentioning their documentary and PR team. She basically said, and I quote, ‘Insult us all you like, I don’t even care!’ It’s such a strong statement, and shows she’s completely unbothered by whatever they’re throwing at her.
Adam and Holly Ramsay are aware they’ve made mistakes, and they’re now trying to repair their image publicly – on TV, online, and in the press. They’ve hired a PR team to present their actions in the best possible light.
But honestly, nothing compares to just seeing the real story. You can spin things however you want, try to trick people, but the truth always comes out eventually. And seriously, have you seen how awful he comes across in that documentary? It’s all right there, plain as day! It just proves everything I’ve been saying all along.
