On a recent Monday, Holly Hagan shared striking ‘before-and-after’ photos on Instagram, showcasing her remarkable transformation following a weight loss of approximately three stones.
The TV personality from Geordie Shore, aged 32, inspired her 4.1 million followers with fitness motivation as she began a six-month fitness journey following the birth of her son last year.
She flaunted her well-defined physique, wearing a snug pair of purple leggings and a fitted black cropped top, during her exercise session at the gym.
In the caption, Holly wrote: “After 6 months, I lost 30 pounds đŤ. This is my personal 6-month journey from last year, where I enjoyed all my favorite foods while staying within my daily calorie limit, walked 10,000 steps a day, and added a few 20-minute workouts for fun!

Holly attributed her remarkable change to ‘steadiness and perseverance’, as she previously found it challenging to reduce her hips because of a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) performed several years ago.
Speaking openly about the potential risks of surgery, the former MTV star confessed her regret for not having more knowledge about fitness in the past. Now, she aims to assist others by sharing her personal experiences.
In the photographs, she maintained wearing the same black lingerie, 16 months following the birth of her child Alpha-Jax, showcasing her now slender physique.

I’ve been working incredibly hard, putting in a lot of effort (metaphorically speaking), to slim down my hips and buttocks naturally since I gained weight during pregnancy. The bulk of the weight loss has primarily affected these areas.
The comments I got about my post-pregnancy body were far from positive, making me feel uncomfortable and hesitant to continue sharing content due to fear of more negative feedback about my physical appearance.
As an ardent admirer, I found myself repeatedly urged to undergo additional surgeries to rectify the issue, yet few seemed to grasp the peril associated with such procedures in this particular region.
‘I knew it could be reduced with fat loss, I just needed consistency and patience.
Feeling genuinely disappointed, I wish I had the knowledge about proper dieting and exercising that I possess now, so I could have achieved the physique I desired earlier in life.
Back then, I underestimated the resilience of my own body, thinking it would be a breeze to accomplish this task! Little did I know, it was anything but a walk in the park. Since then, it’s been a rollercoaster ride filled with challenges that have left me grappling with their aftermath.
If only I had realized how straightforward it truly is! Just a handful of 20-minute sessions at home, incorporating regular walks, and ensuring caloric intake aligns with physical activity – that’s the secret!

Initially, following the birth of her 16-month-old son, she was observed jogging in place. In contrast, she later unveiled her freshly sculpted physique in the subsequent clip.
