32-year-old cast member from Geordie Shore recently disclosed last month that she struggled with dissatisfaction concerning her post-pregnancy figure, having gained approximately 50 pounds.
Additionally, she expressed a desire to lower her BBL (Backside, Buttocks, and Hips) measurement without resorting to surgical methods. To achieve this goal, she embarked upon a 15-month exercise regimen.
On Tuesday, Holly posted a series of videos on Instagram showing her workout journey, from the beginning to the end.
Initially, just a short time following the birth of her 16-month-old child, she was observed jogging in place. In contrast, in the subsequent clip, she made her first appearance with a slenderized and toned body.
In her initial video, she expressed concern, eight weeks after giving birth, about returning to teaching due to her current unfitness and a weight increase of approximately 50 pounds.

She titled the second video: “15 months on, I’m at my peak of fitness and leanness throughout my life, dedicating merely 20 minutes daily for physical activity.
Holly and 31-year-old soccer player Jacob Blyth tied the knot in 2022; their union was blessed with a baby boy, Alpha-Jax, who arrived in June 2023.
The mother-of-one has been on a mission to tackle her post-partum weight gain and credited her app Team Fitty with her transformation.
The recently introduced program is specifically designed for newcomers and occupied mothers seeking to attain their weight loss objectives through swift, in-home sessions.
Previously, the television personality completed training to become a nutrition advisor and obtained a Level Three Personal Trainer certification.
Currently, Holly shares workout-related content on her social platforms, openly discussing her personal journey with weight loss challenges.

In the heart of the 2010s, the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), often referred to as butt augmentation via fat transfer, gained significant prominence. This cosmetic procedure involves harvesting fat from another part of the body, like the waist or inner thigh, and then injecting it into the buttocks.
However, Holly attributes her remarkable advancement to “ten months of unwavering commitment,” recognizing that this approach enabled her to lose the desired weight in a secure manner, thereby avoiding surgical intervention.

She penned: ‘I’ve been grafting my a**e off (literally) to reduce my bbl naturally after gaining weight in pregnancy and the majority going to my bum.
Due to the negative comments I got on my postpartum physique, I found myself becoming anxious about others’ opinions and as a result, I hesitated to continue posting and creating content for @teamfittyapp.
Despite persistent suggestions for additional surgeries to rectify the issue, people seemed unaware of the potential risks involved in this specific procedure. I believed that weight loss could diminish the problem instead, but what was required was perseverance and time.
I’m truly disappointed that I didn’t receive the education about proper diet and exercise earlier, which would have helped me achieve the physique I desired.
I underestimated my body’s abilities, thinking it would be an effortless choice, but it turned out to be anything but easy, leading to numerous complications since then.
If only I had known how straightforward it truly was. Just a handful of 20-minute sessions at home, maintaining my daily steps, and ensuring my calorie intake matches my physical activity – that’s all there is to it!
