HMBLE disbands its Brawl Stars World Finals 2024 winning roster
The Italian esports organization HMBLE made a surprising move today by announcing they would be disbanding their Brawl Stars World Finals 2024 champion team. They shared this news on their official social media platform, but didn’t reveal any details about their future plans for a new roster.
Not long after clinching victory at the World Finals 2024, this unexpected dissolution announcement left everyone in the Brawl Stars esports community, including fans and players, in a state of surprise. Currently, HMBLE is creating quite a stir within the Brawl Stars esports scene as their rapid rise to prominence has captivated attention.
The reasons are unknown, leaving fans in shock
As a gamer, I found myself in a surprising situation when three key players, including our coach and analyst, decided to depart from our gaming organization. Prior to this shakeup, we had quite the team with those individuals as part of our roster.
- Bartomeu Vadell “BosS” Planisi
- Bekri “Symantec” Tahiri
- Luke “Lukii“
- Canaan (Coach)
- David “Vid” Miguez (Analyst)
Recently, it’s common practice for teams to dissolve following a significant tournament victory. The rationale behind HMBLE’s move remains unclear, but critics in the esports community are expressing their opinions, suggesting that such a decision could serve as beneficial publicity for the organization – “an excellent promotion for the orgs”.
HMBLE’s squad made a promising commencement during the 2025 esports season. Instead of focusing solely on securing the monthly qualifiers, they encountered an unexpected setback.
A roller coaster journey comes to a surprising end
The players who had departed earlier joined the team right before our monthly finals in March 2024 began. Following the conclusion of the preliminary round, we ended up at the top with a total of 446 points from the EMEA qualifier, with ZETA DIVISION and SK Gaming coming in second and third respectively.
Throughout the entire year, HMBLE demonstrated remarkable consistency, consistently delivering strong performances that eventually led them to win the EMEA Finals. Once they advanced to the Brawl Stars World Finals, they were placed in Group D where they faced off against Rival Esports and Eternal Fire.
In the Group Stage, they were number one, and they beat Pioneers during their initial game in the Quarterfinals. Subsequently, they outplayed SK Gaming with a score of 3-1, advancing them to the finals where they met Crazy Raccoon. Ultimately, HMBLE triumphed over Crazy Raccoon in the Grand Finals, making them champions of the Brawl Stars Championship 2024.
In the grand scheme of things, although this was their sole significant trophy, the wider Brawl Stars community began to recognize the team’s latent talent following this win. Consequently, they established a strong reputation and amassed a substantial fanbase by the year-end 2024.
In the meantime, since the group is leaving the organization, it’s expected that they’ll move on to another company shortly. However, we’ll need to hear back for confirmation.
