Hilary Duff appeared cheerful while out in London on Tuesday, following the recent controversy surrounding Ashley Tisdale and a discussion about demanding mothers.
The 38-year-old actress, known from her time on the Disney Channel, looked chic in a beige sweater and smart grey trousers.
Oh my gosh, did you SEE Hilary? She looked absolutely incredible! She was already towering, but those black stilettos just took her to another level! And the handbag… seriously, a Chanel?! I checked, and it’s worth over £5,790! She’s just flawless, honestly. I need everything she has!
The actress styled her blonde hair in waves and put on sunglasses. Her security team then led her to her car.
Hilary launched her highly anticipated ‘Small Rooms, Big Nerves’ tour Monday night at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire and has been out promoting her new music around town.
The TV personality is making a comeback with her new song, ‘Mature,’ which many think is a subtle dig at Leonardo DiCaprio.

Oh my gosh, Hilary is BACK and touring! I was lucky enough to hear she’s doing four shows – she already played London, which I’m SO jealous of, and now she’s coming to North America! She’s hitting Toronto, New York City, and finally, Los Angeles! I’m trying to get tickets to every show, seriously!
Okay, let me tell you about Hilary’s amazing look from her London show! She absolutely stunned in a nude bodysuit with this gorgeous cape. The outfit really popped with two huge, statement blue roses, and she finished it off with a super chic pair of white go-go boots – a fantastic choice by her stylist, Caroline DeJean. It was a total showstopper!
Wearing this outfit, she ended her 17-song performance with a special moment: she sang “What Dreams Are Made Of” – the theme song from the 2003 movie The Lizzie McGuire Movie – for the very first time.
In a TikTok video, the popular Texan singer—with over 46 million followers—hinted that fans will be surprised and thrilled by the number of older songs she’s planning to perform.
I was thinking that if people haven’t heard the album yet, they won’t enjoy the show. It’s frustrating to go to a concert and not hear the songs you actually want to hear.
Hilary is busy with several projects! She’s not only releasing a new album, but she’s also getting ready to perform a series of shows in Las Vegas and creating a documentary about her musical comeback, filmed with director Sam Wrench.
This follows Ashley Tisdale, who also started her career at Disney, recently sharing an essay in The Cut about ending her relationship with a difficult mothers’ group.
The group features stars like Hilary and Mandy Moore. While there were rumors that Meghan Trainor was also involved, she recently confirmed she isn’t part of the group.

Hilary started the group, and the friends quickly became close, often texting, taking trips together, arranging playdates for their kids, and attending baby classes as a group.
In the article, Ashley said she felt isolated and excluded by the group after giving birth.
Although the High School Musical star didn’t mention anyone specifically, followers noticed she stopped following Hilary and Mandy on Instagram shortly after the article came out.
I was so saddened to read Ashley’s post. She shared that she’s been excluded from some get-togethers, and it really hit me hard because she described feeling like she was back in high school, completely confused and wondering what she’d done to be left out. It just sounded so painful and relatable, like that old feeling of not knowing where you stand.
After being excluded from another group outing, she sent a message to the group saying she didn’t want to participate anymore because it felt too immature.
I don’t think the mothers are bad people – with maybe one exception – but I felt our group’s interactions became unhealthy and negative for me personally.
Ashley has shared updates about the group over time, like in 2022 when they took a fun trip together with Hilary, Meghan, and friends.
She shared how much she enjoyed a weekend getaway with her friends. She expressed her gratitude for the wonderful group of women she’s navigating motherhood with, calling the trip amazing.

Hilary’s husband recently spoke out in support of her, criticizing Ashley for being self-centered and insensitive.
I saw this crazy thing on Instagram – he posted what looked like a news headline, but it was totally made up. It said, ‘When You’re the Most Self-Obsessed, Out-of-Touch Person on Earth, Other Moms Tend to Focus on Their Actual Toddlers.’ It was…a lot, and honestly, pretty harsh.
He digitally altered a photo to put his own head on Ashley’s body, imitating a picture previously published by The Cut.
Hilary is currently married to Matthew Koma, who is 38, and together they have three daughters: Banks, age seven, Mae, age four, and Townes, who is 20 months old. The family lives in Beverly Hills.
Hilary and her ex-husband, Mike Comrie, were married for six years and had a son, Luca, who is now 13. They divorced in 2016.
Let me tell you, things get interesting sometimes! I first crossed paths with Matthew while we were working on my 2015 album, ‘Breathe In. Breathe Out.’ At the time, he was actually dating Carly Rae Jepsen, and I was still married to my then-husband, who had recently retired after a great career in the NHL – he was 45 years old. It was a bit of a complicated situation, but that’s life, right?
Though they briefly separated in 2017, the couple recently celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary on December 21st and seem happier than ever.
