It’s no wonder Baldwin appears to have aged significantly – the strain of his marriage to Hilaria, at 41 years old, seems incredibly humiliating and distressing for him.

A wife ought not to treat her husband disrespectfully in such a manner. Particularly since he’s the main figure – without Alec, Hilaria would likely still be an unrecognized yoga instructor.

If he had brushed her aside with a dismissive gesture near her face, demanded she be excluded from the scene, there’s no doubt he would face severe backlash, from the #MeToo movement and beyond. His career would likely suffer, maybe even come to an end entirely.

She has demonstrated this remarkable lack of understanding before, but it’s worth noting she was the one who proposed the concept for their reality TV show, “The Baldwins.” Critics have labeled it everything from a ‘new low’ to ‘one of the darkest and most bizarre hours of television in recent memory.’

In entertainment circles, it was widely perceived as distasteful and opportunistic that the couple were promoting “The Baldwins” as a wholesome TV family series across streaming networks, despite Alec Baldwin still facing charges for involuntary manslaughter following the fatal accidental shooting of a woman on the set of his 2021 Western film, Rust.

It’s been suggested that one of the most questionable and insensitive choices in Hollywood was to release the reality TV show so swiftly following the demise of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Previously, a judge ruled in favor of Baldwin last year, dismissing the case due to technicalities. However, there are numerous individuals who contend that he should be held accountable, and he is still dealing with several lawsuits. Among these lawsuits is one filed by the family of Hutchins, who firmly assert that they have not received ‘justice’.

In what way did Hilaria and her seemingly grumpy, ill-tempered spouse find the concept of the show appealing under such challenging conditions?
