Hilaria Baldwin often shares workout videos online that feature revealing outfits.
The 41-year-old, who loves yoga, recently posted a revealing video on Instagram.
Okay, so I just had to tell someone – I saw her! She’s even more incredible in person. She was working out, doing leg exercises, and honestly, I was floored. She was wearing this pale purple sports bra, like, a really delicate shade, with bright hot pink underwear. And can we talk about the accessories? A diamond cross necklace and hoops! She just completely owns everything she wears, it’s unreal. I’m still reeling, seriously.
The Dancing With The Stars star shared a workout routine focusing on legs, glutes, abs, and lower back, calling it a throwback to the fitness trends of the 80s and 90s. She encouraged followers to continue sending questions and requests in her Instagram post.
Fans praised Hilaria Baldwin’s workout video, calling it ‘amazing’ and ‘helpful,’ and her husband, actor Alec Baldwin, showed his support by liking the post.

Alec Baldwin occasionally faces criticism for exercising in lingerie, but he’s explained that it helps him visualize and understand how his muscles function.
She has shared emotional videos on Instagram about the negative impact of ‘abusive comments.’
According to The New Yorker, hurtful comments are damaging to mental health, and there’s no excuse for treating someone poorly.
She’s talked about her fitness routine, which includes a mix of cardio, strength training, and stretching – things like running, barre classes, and yoga. She’s been sharing her workouts with fans to help them stay fit too.
She recently shared that she and her husband are in therapy to help them manage their significant age difference of 26 years. She also confessed that she felt she lost some sense of who she was after getting married.
In an interview on Caroline Stanbury’s podcast, Uncut And Uncensored, the 41-year-old mother of seven discussed the difficulties she faced during her 13-year marriage to the 67-year-old star of the film Rust.
‘I don’t believe that age is just a number, at least in our situation,’ she said.
Sometimes I have to remind myself he’s been doing this for 26 years longer than I have. Occasionally, that experience is impressive, but other times it means we need to work through things together.

The couple first connected in 2011 while dining at a Manhattan restaurant, and they married in 2012. They went on to have seven children: Carmen, 12, Rafael, 10, Leonardo, 9, Romeo, 7, Eduardo, 5, María Lucía, 4, and Ilaria, 3.
Alec also shares daughter Ireland, 30, with his first wife, actress Kim Basinger, 71.
The yoga instructor, recently eliminated from Dancing with the Stars, clarified that despite reports about her wanting a big family, it was actually her husband, Alec, who initially wanted more children.
She said, “Honestly, he’d probably keep going.” She added, “I’m done, thank you. But he’s the second oldest of six children, so he’s used to sharing and wanting more.”
He faced a well-known and difficult situation with his ex-wife and involving Ireland. He seemed to want a fresh start, hoping to handle things differently this time around and make better decisions.
She explained that while life with the Baldwin family is usually hectic, it’s also incredibly loving. They always find joy in the situation, realizing it’s all been carefully considered and works well for them.
Despite their close bond, Hilaria admitted their relationship is not without conflict.
Of course we have our difficult times and typical disagreements, like all couples do,” she admitted.
It really comes down to both partners wanting to be in the relationship and being committed to making it succeed. With that shared desire, I believe you can overcome any challenge.
The couple’s marriage has been tested in ways few could imagine.
In 2021, Halyna Hutchins, a cinematographer, was tragically killed on the set of the Western movie Rust after a prop gun went off.
Alec faced a manslaughter charge, but the case was dropped last year. Hilaria claims this happened because of widespread corruption.

She remembered that filming for their reality show, The Baldwins, started just two weeks before the trial began, when their lives felt chaotic and they were simply trying to cope.
You know, motherhood is beautifully messy. There are days when I feel totally swamped, and honestly, tears happen! My husband, Alec, and I definitely have our moments too – it’s just life! But those times often hit me with a big realization: I’m the grown-up here. It’s up to me to be the steady force and guide my kids through everything. It’s a huge responsibility, but also incredibly rewarding.
Hilaria said she feared the worst before the trial began.
She explained that she’d told the team they would pause work to attend to something else, planning to resume in a few weeks after a trial concluded. She confessed to being deeply worried, asking herself what she would do if she couldn’t bring someone home safely, and admitted she had no idea what the future held.
Being able to share our story was incredibly important, especially when so much was being said about us. It felt like a release to finally speak for ourselves – to show who we really are as a family, what my husband and I were going through, and share our perspective directly. It was a truly healing experience to do that while everything was happening.
Hilaria Baldwin has spoken about the difficulties of being known primarily as Alec Baldwin’s wife, and how she’s worked to establish her own identity beyond his celebrity.
‘I think in many ways, I did lose part of my identity when I married Alec,’ she confessed.

It was the first time so many people were discussing me publicly. I shared something on my Instagram Stories about it, and someone pointed out that it’s crucial to understand and be able to explain who you are. Otherwise, you’ll end up letting other people define you, because everyone will have an opinion anyway.
This isn’t coming from a celebrity – it’s a reminder that we’re all human, regardless of status or recognition. We all share the same basic nature.
I used to try too hard to make everyone happy, but I’m working on changing that. I naturally want the people around me to feel good and enjoy being with me.
When people make comments about how I speak, my family size, or my husband’s age, it really gets to me. I start to wonder if there’s something wrong with who I am.
