Franklin’s unique abilities, along with the fact that he possesses the Power Cosmic, are the primary factors that make the powerful child attractive to Doom. This attraction seems connected to Doom’s sinister plans for the Multiverse, which he intends to save in a manner consistent with his warped ideals.

It’s possible for Doom to exploit Franklin and employ him in a bid to rule over the Multiverse. Since Franklin remains an uncorrupted child, Doom holds ample power to effortlessly command him and persuade him to carry out his orders.

In 2015’s “Secret Wars”, Franklin, with his divine powers, collaborated with his father Reed and the Molecule Man to rebuild the Multiverse. This role Franklin played suggests that Doom might want to keep Franklin under control as a precaution, perhaps imprisoning him somewhere to prevent him from interfering with Doom’s plans and thwarting his objectives.

It seems that young Franklin Richards has the power to resurrect the deceased, as demonstrated by his revival of his mother following their battle against Galactus. This ability could be exploited by Doctor Doom for his grand scheme across the Multiverse. The identity of this crucial character he’s aiming to resurrect remains a mystery, and it’s an exciting prospect that it might be none other than Wanda Maximoff, portrayed brilliantly by Elizabeth Olsen.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding Wanda’s survival after “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” Doctor Doom remains unsure if she is deceased or living. Consequently, should he ever require the resurrection of the Scarlet Witch, he decides to hold on to Franklin as a potential means for doing so.

How does Doom learn about Wanda and Franklin’s reality-manipulating abilities from Earth-616?
