As a classically trained musician with over two decades of experience under my belt, I must say that this year’s Grammy nominations for classical music are truly inspiring. The diversity and depth of talent showcased here are a testament to the vibrant and evolving world of contemporary classical composition.
Here is the full list of nominees for the 67th Grammy Awards.
2021’s distinguished group of nominees features Beyoncé (with 11 nominations), Charli XCX, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, and Taylor Swift, each receiving 7 nominations.
On Sunday, February 2nd, 2025, the award show telecast will resume at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. It will be aired live on CBS and can also be streamed live and on-demand on Paramount+ from 8:00 to 11:30 PM Eastern Time (ET) or 5:00 to 8:30 PM Pacific Time (PT).
In the previous year, Taylor Swift was honored with the album of the year award for “Midnights,” Miley Cyrus received the record of the year award for “Flowers,” Victoria Monét was recognized as the best new artist, and “What Was I Made For?” from the movie “Barbie” earned the song of the year title, written by Billie Eilish O’Connell & Finneas O’Connell.
