Here Are Rolex’s Releases for Watches & Wonders 2026

As a huge Rolex fan, I was blown away by what they showed at Watches & Wonders 2026! It’s amazing to see them celebrating their history while pushing boundaries with new technology. They really highlighted both the luxury and the incredible craftsmanship we expect from them. I especially loved the special winding crown commemorating their anniversary, and this new Jubilee gold alloy is stunning. Plus, they’ve seriously upgraded the Yacht-Master II with some really functional improvements, and can you believe they’re using natural stone for the hour markers? It’s a first for them! And of course, the updated Oyster Perpetuals look fantastic. It’s a great time to be a watch enthusiast!

Oyster Perpetual — 41mm

This special Rolex watch celebrates the original Oyster model and features a unique combination of materials. It’s crafted with a striking two-tone design, pairing stainless steel for the case and bracelet with a yellow gold bezel and crown. This design choice pays homage to the look of the very first Oyster watches. To mark the 100th anniversary, the winding crown is embossed with the number 100. The watch features a modern slate gray dial with distinctive green accents, including green markers for each five-minute interval and a green Rolex logo. Instead of the usual “Swiss Made” marking, you’ll find a special “100 years” inscription. Inside, it’s powered by the Calibre 3230, a high-precision self-winding movement that meets Rolex’s strict new standards for accuracy and reliability. The durable 41mm waterproof design is completed by the classic Oystersteel Oyster bracelet, making it perfect for everyday wear.

Oyster Perpetual — 36mm

This new Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36 blends classic style with modern reliability. It features a striking, multicolored dial created with a complex lacquer technique and adorned with the iconic Jubilee pattern from the 1970s. The Rolex name is displayed on the dial using ten different colors, a challenging design that requires precise application of each hue. Built with the brand’s signature durability, the watch has a waterproof Oystersteel case and bracelet. Inside, it’s powered by the Calibre 3230 movement, which meets Rolex’s strict new standards for accuracy and performance.

Oyster Perpetual — 28mm, 34mm

Rolex is giving its classic Oyster Perpetual watches a luxurious update, building them entirely from solid 18-karat gold and adding stunning new details to the dials. Both the 28mm and 34mm models are now made exclusively from precious metals. The 28mm version features bright yellow gold and a vibrant green dial, while the 34mm model uses 18-karat Everose gold with a deep blue dial. A particularly innovative touch is the use of natural stone for the hour markers at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock – a first for Rolex. The 28mm watch uses heliotrope stone, and the 34mm version features dumortierite, complementing the blue dial. The solid gold cases and bracelets have a unique satin finish, creating a softly textured look that contrasts with the polished bezels. Inside, both watches are powered by reliable self-winding movements that run for up to 70 hours and meet Rolex’s updated, stricter performance standards for 2026.

Datejust — 41mm

Okay, so Rolex just dropped a new Datejust 41, and it’s seriously eye-catching. The biggest change is the dial – it’s this amazing green that fades to black, like a really smooth gradient. Apparently, this is the first time Rolex has ever done a fully lacquered ombré dial, which is pretty cool considering they brought that style back in 2019. But it’s still a classic Datejust, you know? It’s got that 41mm Oyster case, the fluted bezel, and the Oyster bracelet we all love. The date window really pops against the dark dial, too. Under the hood, it’s powered by the Calibre 3235 movement, so it’s super reliable and keeps perfect time. Honestly, it’s a beautiful watch – a classic with a really fresh look.

Yacht-Master II

The latest Oyster Perpetual Yacht-Master II has a streamlined design that improves both how easily you can read the time and its performance on the water. It combines expert craftsmanship with modern technology, representing a significant upgrade to this classic sailing watch. The watch’s unique countdown feature, used to time race starts, has been completely reworked and is now controlled solely with the lower button. To make it even easier to read during a race, the countdown hands now move counterclockwise, clearly showing the remaining time. Powering these improvements is the new Calibre 4162 movement, a durable and innovative mechanism with a mechanical memory and the ability to instantly synchronize. Available in 44mm cases of either Oystersteel or 18-karat yellow gold, both versions feature a clear dial, a graduated flange, a high-tech Cerachrom bezel, and the iconic Oyster bracelet. This updated model confirms the brand’s mastery of specialized watchmaking and has been thoroughly tested to meet the highest standards of precision.

Oyster Perpetual Day-Date — 40mm

This new alloy showcases the brand’s expertise and commitment to innovation in working with precious metals. It’s not just a color, but a unique material that creates a subtle, captivating shine. As light plays across its surface, the Jubilee gold appears to shift between soft yellow, warm grey, and gentle pink. To enhance the watch’s luxurious feel, Rolex has combined this gilded exterior with a carefully chosen aventurine dial in a light green shade. The dial’s textured, crystalline color beautifully complements the warm glow of the case and bracelet. This thoughtful combination of colors and materials creates a fresh, prestigious look for the Day-Date collection.

Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona

This new version of the iconic Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona offers a unique and luxurious design. It combines the strength of Oystersteel with the elegance of platinum, creating a watch that’s both durable and sophisticated. The latest model blends time-honored watchmaking techniques with cutting-edge technology. It features a bright white dial that contrasts beautifully with a dark grey ceramic bezel, enhanced by a band of platinum. The bezel is made from incredibly strong ceramic and finished with precision. Paying homage to the original Daytona, the numbers on the bezel’s tachymetric scale are arranged horizontally. These numbers are presented in a modern font, giving the classic design a contemporary look. Finally, a clear sapphire case back showcases the watch’s intricate movement, held securely by a platinum ring.
