The TV series is adapted from the book of the same title written by John Grisham.

The story primarily revolves around the freshly graduated lawyer, Rudy Baylor (Milo Callaghan), who immediately encounters a challenging scenario. He’s pitted against Leo Drummond (John Slattery) in court, and his law school sweetheart, Sarah Plankmore (Madison Iseman), is also involved. As the plot unfolds, it becomes a puzzle involving a murder as Rudy uncovers two intertwined conspiracies about the deceased son of one of their clients. Sounds captivating!

It’s possible that Jocelyn “Bruiser” Parrilla and her father’s law firm are entangled in some sort of conspiracy within the plot of The Rainmaker. This legal drama mixed with a murder mystery setup sounds intriguing to me, adding depth to the storyline. I have no doubts that whatever role Parrilla plays, she will excel at it!
