Helen Skelton and Gethin Jones leave Pride Of Britain just minutes apart after appearing to go red carpet official following months of romance rumours

Helen Skelton and Gethin Jones both left the Pride of Britain Awards shortly after one another on Monday night, after making their red carpet debut as a couple at the event.

Okay, so I was at the event, and these two co-stars? Absolutely stunning! They walked in together, linked arm-in-arm, and honestly, their outfits were incredible. Everyone’s buzzing about whether they’re more than just friends, and moments like that definitely fuel the fire! It was a really sweet and captivating sight.

Rumors about a romantic connection between the hosts of The Morning Live started circulating earlier this summer, but reports later suggested they had ended their relationship.

However the pair have continued to fuel rumours with their close friendship in recent months.

Helen, 42, looked radiant leaving the awards ceremony, smiling brightly. She wore a black, strapless gown with a low neckline.

Meanwhile Gethin looked equally as cheery as he headed home in his dapper navy suit. 

Just weeks after reports that they had slowed things down in their relationship, Helen and Gethin were recently photographed enjoying a cozy lunch together.

Gethin, being a true gentleman, gave Helen his umbrella when they left the Morning Live studios in Manchester. They were caught in the rain, but he made sure she stayed dry.

Helen looked happy as she went out wearing loose-fitting Adidas trackpants, leading people to wonder if she and her partner are trying to rekindle their relationship.

Gethin went back to work the day after his father passed away, and Helen was spotted bringing him two coffees, likely to offer comfort and support.

In May, the Daily Mail reported that the on-screen chemistry between the two had developed into a romantic relationship. Last year, they were seen behaving like a couple at a charity event, displaying affectionate physical contact with each other.

Adding to the mystery surrounding their connection, representatives for both hosts declined to address reports that they were seen leaving the BAFTA TV Awards together.

Helen has been single since ending her marriage with Richie in 2022. They share three children together.

The rugby league player and Helen were married for nine years. Following his departure from their home, Helen, who previously appeared on Strictly Come Dancing, shared on Instagram that she was deeply saddened.

Richie is now in a relationship with Stephanie Thirkill, whose father is the president of Leeds Rhinos. Together, they have two children, Olivia and Freddie.

Pride of Britain celebrated its 26th anniversary this year, with Ashley Banjo and Carol Vorderman returning as hosts for the fourth consecutive time.

The awards ceremony, which took place at Grosvenor House on Monday, will be broadcast on ITV1 and ITVX this Thursday, October 23rd, at 8pm.

Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks returned to host the red carpet event for the second year in a row, with the event streamed live on YouTube. GK Barry was back creating online content as well.

Held annually since 1999, this event celebrates the incredible accomplishments of people from all over the UK, as chosen by public nomination.

Once the initial thousands of nominations are narrowed down, the Pride of Britain judging panel selects the winners.

Hundreds of the UK’s biggest stars will came together to celebrate the nation’s unsung heroes.
