Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan filmed the first scenes for the second season of MobLand on Thursday night. They were seen bundled up in warm clothes while shooting at the upscale Scott’s restaurant in Mayfair.
The 80-year-old actress, known for her role as Maeve Harrigan in the Guy Ritchie series, looked incredibly stylish in a black coat with faux fur trim.
Helen’s outfit included a wig, leather gloves, platform shoes, and a small clutch bag.
Pierce, 72, who portrays Conrad, the mob boss, looked sharp in a stylish grey pinstripe suit.
Oh my gosh, he looked absolutely incredible. It was this amazing double-breasted blazer, so sharp, over a perfect white shirt and grey tie. And then, to top it all off, this long, gorgeous black wool coat! I seriously couldn’t take my eyes off him. It was just… perfect.
The two actors filmed scenes with the building’s doorman while pretending to dine outside. They seemed cheerful and laughed together between shots, even though it was cold.

This intense series centers on Conrad and Maeve Harrigan, London’s top crime leaders, as they fight to protect their criminal organization from a dangerous new rival.
Tom Hardy plays Harry Da Souza in the series, a tough problem-solver brought in to handle difficult situations.
Okay, so details are still super secret, but everyone’s saying Season 2 starts right after that insane finale! Like, immediately after all that… you know… stuff happened. I’m already on the edge of my seat just thinking about it!
In the first season, the Harrigans won against the Stevensons, led by Richie (Geoff Bell). However, the season ended with a shocking twist: Harry was stabbed by his wife, Jan (Joanne Froggatt).
Harry tricked lawyer O’Hara Delaney into helping him take out Richie’s gang, and then Harry and Conrad’s son, Kevin (Paddy Considine), finished the job by killing Richie.
A fierce rivalry between two powerful crime families ignites a dangerous struggle for control, potentially bringing down entire criminal organizations.
Harry Da Souza is a resourceful street operator caught in the middle of a conflict, and he understands exactly who is on which side.
The gangster drama launched on Paramount+ in April and immediately impressed fans.

The series, with ten episodes, has earned a solid 78% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and audiences generally seem to enjoy it.
A viewer shared on X (formerly Twitter) that they just finished the first episode of #Mobland and are really enjoying it. They’re a big fan of Guy Ritchie, and having stars like Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren in the show makes it even better.
‘The show has so much potential, like I’m already sold with just one episode. Yes, yes, yes!’
The series boasts a fantastic cast including Tom Hardy, Paddy Considine, and Helen Mirren. Seeing Tom Hardy in a mob drama has me hooked!
I just started watching #Mobland on Paramount+, and the first episode was really good – I think it’s going to be a fantastic series! I could honestly watch it constantly.
The new gangster drama, #Mobland, hasn’t won everyone over, with one viewer criticizing the first episode for its predictable storyline and unconvincing accents.
Following Pierce Brosnan’s statement that he’d consider returning as a retired spy similar to James Bond, he clarified that he believes the iconic 007 role now belongs to someone else.

The actor, famous for playing the MI6 agent from 1995 to 2002, expressed his interest in collaborating with Denis Villeneuve, who will direct the first movie under Amazon MGM’s ownership.
We still don’t know who will be the next James Bond, but Pierce Brosnan has confirmed he won’t be returning to the role.
He mentioned that he often gets asked about playing James Bond, but clarified that it’s a role he believes belongs to someone else.
I’m really looking forward to seeing what we can create with this film – there’s a lot of potential for something fun and engaging.
Life is constantly changing and things inevitably fall apart, so the best approach is to relax and accept it. There will be times when you want to engage with those changes, and other times when it’s better to simply let them go.
