On Tuesday, Helen Flanagan drew notice while serving drinks and cleaning tables at the Bingo 3000 in Blackpool, all while wearing a striking pink satin gown.

On Monday, Helen shared insights about her past relationship with Scott Sinclair during her appearance on The Vanessa Show.

Originally, she acknowledged they didn’t get along well at all. However, she recently clarified that her previous statement was made during an unfortunate moment, and now she claims the two of them are doing well together.

Helen mentioned that she might have given off a negative impression since it appeared they had run into her on a challenging day, but in reality, she and Scott were doing well together.

At my son’s birthday celebration, we both participated in the festivities together. It was a pleasant experience for me personally, and I believe it significantly improves my wellbeing and mental state as well.

As someone who cherishes the past deeply, I find myself pondering about finding tranquility. There are countless memories with my former partner that were enchanting and meaningful to me. Rather than allowing negative emotions such as anger to cloud my perspective, I prefer to remember these moments with love instead.

In 2022, Helen and Scott, who are both 35 years old, ended their relationship after being together for thirteen years, during four of which they were engaged. They have a daughter, Matilda, who is nine, as well as two younger children: Delilah, six, and Charlie, three.

Previously known Coronation Street actor is currently in a relationship with Robbie Talbot, aged 45, and shared details about how she presented her kids to her new beau.

Helen shared: “I realized that my daughter is particularly close to her father, and I believe it’s important to show respect for this bond as well. Similarly, with Scott, I make sure my kids understand that their mommy has a boyfriend, but he’s just a friend. I hope that my ex would handle the situation similarly.

“I can’t stand the thought of my children ever referring to someone else as ‘mommy,’ it would be unbearable for me. To put it simply, I believe in maintaining mutual respect.

After Helen had earlier confessed that they genuinely don’t get along, it’s worth noting that they still hold a deep affection for one another.

On the Naughty Corner podcast with Charlotte Dawson, Helen shared that she continues to hold a deep affection for him, but their personalities just don’t mesh well together.

As someone who values honesty, I must admit that our relationship isn’t smooth sailing. We seem to have a hard time connecting, but that doesn’t change the fact that I believe Scott harbors feelings for me that he might not openly express. I firmly believe that he cares deeply about me and cherishes me.

However, I feel exhausted and unable to engage in another relationship marked by constant disagreements. I simply don’t have the energy for more arguments.

In my case, as a woman, I made every possible effort to maintain a relationship with the children’s father, and I managed to do so.

However, I believe that any new relationship for me should be effortless, as I don’t seem to have the vitality left, having already experienced a significant partnership with my children’s father.

Helen continued by expressing that co-parenting is amusing because they make a conscious effort to keep their distance from one another to prevent any disagreements from occurring in the presence of their children.

Here’s my attempt: “For the past two years, I’ve been navigating the world as a solo parent. Co-parenting with my ex, who I was with for 13 years, can be quite the comedic twist sometimes!

The last occasion I encountered him was rather amusing. At that moment, I couldn’t resist teasing him as he wore a bucket hat. It seemed like he was making an effort to suppress his laughter.

He resides in Bath, while I stay in North Manchester. Our homes are approximately a 5-hour drive apart. We decide to meet up in Birmingham to swap items and spend time with our children.

We make an effort to avoid spending time under the same roof due to our shared concern for the kids. A peaceful atmosphere is important to me, and I prefer that they don’t witness any disagreements between us.
