After Helen disclosed that she’s putting her £1 million family house on the market, rumors are circulating about her supposed financial troubles.

In 2022, Helen parted ways with her former fiancé, football player Scott Sinclair. The two of them have a family of three kids: Matilda, who is nine years old, Delilah, aged six, and three-year-old Charlie. They are the offspring of their shared relationship.

This year, I found myself facing some tough financial times, only to be hit with a six-month ban on driving when I got caught speeding, as shared during a recent court hearing, where I am an overly enthusiastic admirer.

However, it’s been clarified by Helen that her reasons for selling her sprawling £1 million mansion in Cheshire are rooted in a sad circumstance, as she’s shared the details of her financial situation.

She informed OK! Magazine that, while she isn’t currently experiencing a financial emergency, she is relocating due to the necessity of starting anew.

‘Scott gave me a house, which was meant to become our blissful family home, yet it failed to live up to that dream. Despite my preference for cheerfulness, I find an underlying melancholy in this dwelling.’

The well-known actor from the soap operas openly acknowledged that the past three years were quite challenging for them, expressing a desire for a fresh beginning alongside their children.

Helen intends to relocate to London at some point, but presently, she’s choosing to remain put to prevent any disruptions in her children’s schooling.

The soap star admitted that she will struggle to downsize from her lavish eight-bedroom house.

During the conversation on The Declutter Hub podcast with Ingrid Jansen and Lesley Spellman, she emphasized her practical nature but also expressed that relocating would pose a significant challenge for her.

She revealed that she invested a significant portion of her savings to make it aesthetically pleasing, and it boasts eight bedrooms, a challenge to maintain, she admitted.

During a move, I may find it challenging to adjust to a smaller living space – I don’t want to come across as ungrounded. But honestly, it will feel odd for me. However, with time, I believe I can adapt and make it more manageable.

After being with Scott for 13 years, Helen parted ways and later started a relationship with a construction worker named Robbie, aged 45. However, their union didn’t last either, as they separated in May. Now, Helen wishes to remain unattached.
