She boosted her height with a stylish pair of high heels, while she styled her blond hair into a sleek, wet-look style.

Helen adorned her look with shimmery earrings and a timepiece, opting against a necklace to let the stylish attire make its own statement.

At the occasion alongside Fake Bake UK, the celebrity created quite a stir, humorously emphasizing that self-love is the purest and essential form of affection.

Apart from that, she gave a little preview of the evening meal, showcasing a beautifully lit table with numerous products from the company as attractions.

Helen shared a memory from her past, posting an old photo taken at her school dance, where she first had a spray tan applied.

She appeared completely different from her present self, sporting jet-black curly hair instead of her current golden locks.

For years, I’ve been a fan of @fakebake_uk, and they’ve given me a beautiful glow. A memory I’ll always cherish is my very first spray tan experience. I was 14, had extremely fair skin, and the sensation of looking more radiant left me feeling fantastic.

Following Helen’s appearance in a captivating pink lace lingerie, she playfully teased her audience by reminiscing about how her breasts were once so droopy that they could have been tied into bows.

The mother of three, who has Matilda (9), Delilah (6), and Charlie (3) with her former fiance, footballer Scott Sinclair, explained her decision to undergo a breast augmentation following a decrease in breast size due to breastfeeding.

As a lifestyle expert, I embarked on a journey in early 2023, seeking to rediscover my self-assurance and tackle the issue of reduced breast volume. This led me to Pall Mall Cosmetics, where I found the perfect solution.

In her latest Instagram update, Helen clarified that she frequently receives questions about plastic surgery, particularly regarding her breasts. However, she mentioned that she had breastfed three children for a combined duration of three years instead.

She joked, saying, ‘At the end, you could have made a bow with my scarves instead (smiling face emoji), although I have absolutely no regrets about nursing my babies ❤️✨.’

Helen shared that she underwent a breast augmentation procedure at the hands of Dr. Hussain, whom she found both reassuring and competent.

Recalling her previous battles with self-perception, she mused, ‘In retrospect, when I yearned for the surgery most, it was heartbreaking because I lacked confidence and sensuality alongside my husband, constantly needing a bra, and feeling overly conscious of my breasts.’

After feeding Delilah, I would often find myself tearing up in the shower. It wasn’t about me; I simply felt disconnected from myself, overly sensitive about my breasts, as they seemed to droop more than usual. Yet, her father had always assured me of my beauty.

Helen also revealed that she waited until after having her youngest, Charlie, to undergo surgery.

She mentioned: ‘I recognized that I still wanted more children, so I postponed getting plastic surgery on my breasts until after Charlie was born. Prior to having children, I was a size E naturally, but following three pregnancies and three years of breastfeeding, I no longer fit comfortably into a B cup bra without it being loose.’

I have no regrets about breastfeeding; it was an incredibly beautiful, cherished aspect of my life that offered me a special connection with my little ones.

Although there’s a small chance I might have another child, I feel it’s more accurate to express that it’s extremely improbable or nearly impossible for me to do so in the future. I find it unfortunate to say goodbye to the possibility of having more children, but I prefer to use language that emphasizes the unlikely nature of the situation instead of definitively ruling it out.

She mentioned that she’d like to have a less hectic life once more, given her role as a mother and the occasional challenges she faces with her mental health.

Rather than spreading myself too thin, I prefer to concentrate all my attention on my precious children, hoping that our relationship grows even stronger as they mature.

In the year 2022, she parted ways with her longtime companion, Scott, whom she has three kids with, after being together for 13 years. Now, she’s involved with ex-footballer Robbie Talbot in a new relationship.
