On a lavish vacation in Positano, Italy, on Wednesday, Helen Flanagan left many speechless with her captivating poses in a minimalist, vertical-stripe swimsuit on Instagram.

The 35-year-old actress, who has been facing financial difficulties, has announced that she will be selling her £1 million family residence.

In the early part of this year, Helen testified in court about her financial hardships prior to receiving a six-month driving ban, which came as a result of getting caught speeding.

Lately, the mother of three clarified her financial situation by explaining, in a heartfelt disclosure, why she’s putting her expansive eight-bedroom home in Cheshire on the market.

She informed OK! Magazine that she isn’t currently experiencing a financial emergency, but rather is choosing to relocate in search of a new beginning.

Scott had led me to believe that this house would be our joyful family abode, but unfortunately, it didn’t turn out as expected.

‘I like to be light-hearted and I hate to sound depressing, but there is a sadness in this house.’

Previously well-known TV actress confessed that the past three years have been a challenging time for her, expressing her desire to embark on a new chapter in life with her kids.

Currently, Helen is intending to relocate to London at some point, but in the meantime, she’s choosing to remain in her current location to prevent any interruptions in her children’s schooling.

The soap star admitted that she will struggle to downsize from her lavish eight-bedroom house.

In her conversation on The Declutter Hub podcast with Ingrid Jansen and Lesley Spellman, she emphasized her practical nature, yet acknowledged the challenges she might face when relocating.

She disclosed that she invested a significant portion of her savings to make it exceptionally attractive. It boasts eight bedrooms, maintaining it can be quite challenging due to its size.

“I might find it difficult when you relocate, as reducing possessions isn’t my forte – I wouldn’t want to come off as ungrounded. However, it’ll certainly feel strange, and I’d appreciate some help in making the transition smoother.

After spending 13 years with Scott, Helen decided to part ways and subsequently started a relationship with Robbie, a 45-year-old construction worker. However, their relationship also ended in May, and now Helen is seeking to remain single.

In a conversation with The Mirror, she shared that her focus is currently divided among taking care of her children, managing work, relocating, and spending time with her friends.

I find myself quite emotionally delicate when it comes to romantic relationships, often encountering issues with male partners. At the moment, I yearn for some personal space and independence.

In a heartbeat, let me tell you, I was utterly smitten by this gentleman named Robbie. Not only was he as sweet as honey, but his kindness knew no bounds. Age didn’t matter to us, for he held a special place in my life that transcended the numbers on our birth certificates. However, it seems that the stars weren’t aligned for us, as our relationship – much as I wished it could – simply couldn’t sustain itself over the long haul.
