Helen is currently involved in a difficult co-parenting dispute with her ex-fiancé, Scott Sinclair. They share three children together: Matilda, age 10, Delilah, age 7, and son Charlie, age 4.

Helen posted an adorable picture of herself hugging her son, with a caption expressing her love for him and mentioning how much she enjoyed his nativity play. She called him ‘my star, my heartbeat’.

However, a source later revealed that Helen was actually upset because Scott had been enjoying a period of carefree fun after breaking up with his girlfriend, Lauren Davies, who is 32 years old.

While Scott has been enjoying events like the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Helen has been busy juggling a full-time job performing in a pantomime with her family responsibilities.

To make things even harder for Helen, Scott is scheduled to have their three children for Christmas this year, which has reportedly angered her because he seems to only spend time with them when it suits him.

According to a source, things began to fall apart after Scott became single. Helen has been working incredibly hard, feeling overwhelmed, and doesn’t feel like Scott understands the pressure she’s under.
