Helen Flanagan recently made another pointed comment about her ex, Scott Sinclair, following a playful jab she made earlier this week regarding parenting.
The 35-year-old actress from Coronation Street recently posted on Instagram that she would rather ‘drown’ than reconcile with the 36-year-old footballer.
The model posted a funny video of someone diving into the ocean with a sign that jokingly said, ‘Get back with your ex or drown!’
Helen and Scott ended their 13-year relationship in 2022. They are parents to three children: Matilda, age 10, Delilah, age 7, and their son Charlie, who is four.
This happened just a few days after the actor posted a humorous meme from the account @pettycoparenting101. The meme said, ‘You can’t go around calling your kids’ dad names.’
The hilarious ‘reaction’ to it was a clip of American rapper Usher dancing around.

Helen recently hinted at trouble to come, as she’s about to publish a revealing book about her past relationships.
The beauty shot to fame as Rosie in the Cobbles in 2000 and has never left the limelight since.
She’s also dealt with mental health challenges, including a serious episode brought on by a negative reaction to medication.
In a new book, Helen promises to share the complete truth about her life, without leaving anything out or glossing over difficult parts.
Before the book came out in January, Helen explained that writing it meant confronting difficult memories and revisiting experiences she’d prefer to forget.
I’ve definitely made errors and faced tough times, even having to start over completely. But those experiences have helped me learn, develop, and ultimately become a more resilient and improved version of myself.
‘Telling my truth meant no hiding – no glossing over or airbrushing.’
After 13 years together, Helen and Scott separated in 2022. Helen described it not as a simple breakup, but as a divorce, given their long relationship and the fact that they share children.

Helen realized, in retrospect, that she hadn’t dealt with her feelings in a healthy way and had instead thrown herself into work while simply trying to cope with a difficult time.
Helen pointed out that when she was 19, meeting someone on a night out in Manchester and starting a relationship a few days later felt natural. But now, at 35, she doesn’t really have the same opportunities or desire to go out and meet people that way.
Last month, the celebrity experienced an emotional crisis and expressed strong frustration with co-parenting in a post on Instagram.
Helen, visibly upset, shared that she finds it very difficult when people leave. She explained she only feels okay with them being away if she’s busy with something else, and revealed she’s currently experiencing severe anxiety.
Earlier this year, friends shared that the actress ended her relationship with Robbie Talbot in May, realizing she wanted something different.
The couple met while appearing on Celebs Go Dating.
According to a source, the couple is heading in different directions. She recently started a new acting job and is focused on balancing her career with raising their children.
Two weeks ago, she told him their relationship wasn’t working and that she needed some space. Even though she still cares about him, she wants to be independent for now.
