Helen Flanagan drops asking price of luxury mansion by a massive £305k less than a month after putting it on the market for £1.5M – as she parties in Ibiza despite financial difficulties

Helen Flanagan recently reduced significantly the asking price for her high-end property, just under a month since listing it, as she faces financial hardships.

Previously on “Coronation Street,” the actress, now 34 years old, openly shared her current hardship with managing finances, despite previously amassing wealth from her role in the soap opera and multiple reality television appearances.

Now, Helen has lowered the asking price for her spacious, six-bedroom detached house, situated on the periphery of Bolton.

Originally priced at 1.5 million pounds, the price has now been reduced to 1,195,000 pounds, which represents a substantial decrease of 20%.

In mid-May, a sprawling three-story house, measuring approximately 5,000 square feet, was listed for sale.

Regardless of the mortgage’s value, Helen might still receive a substantial profit since she purchased it jointly with her former partner, footballer Scott Sinclair, for approximately £840,000 in June 2021.

The brochure mentions that two of the bedrooms come equipped with private bathrooms and separate living spaces. One of these rooms is adorned with luxury designer handbags, garments, and footwear, adding a remarkable touch to its overall appeal.

Even though she was facing financial difficulties, this single mom of three took advantage of her newfound singleness by celebrating in Ibiza alongside Wayne Lineker and Dean Gaffney following her breakup with Robbie Talbot.

Helen had previously hinted at wanting more children with the former non-league footballer.

As a lifestyle expert looking back, I shared my plans to sell my property about a month ago on The Declutter Hub podcast with the insightful duo, Ingrid Jansen and Lesley Spellman. Despite portraying myself as grounded, I acknowledged the challenges that moving would present.

Additionally, she disclosed that even though her current house is listed for sale, she remains unsure about her future destination. She hinted that London could be financially prohibitive for her.

Currently, Helen shares the parenting duties of her children Matilda (age 9), Delilah (age 6), and Charlie (age 3) with her former partner Scott. However, she has recently entered into a new relationship with Robbie Talbot, who resides in Liverpool, where his own kids are located.

She mentioned about the upcoming move: “We’re currently putting the house on the market, and I’m looking forward to the change. Given that I’ve been with Scott for quite some time now, moving houses frequently (due to his football career) has become routine for me.

‘I could now never stay in one place for too long I don’t think. I like a change, I love it.’

I must confess, I’m feeling a pang of nostalgia as I prepare to bid farewell to this home, for it has been a labor of love and dedication on my part.

I invested a significant amount of my savings towards giving it an elegant appearance. Maintaining its eight spacious bedrooms can be challenging, given their number.

When it comes to relocating, I might find it challenging to simplify my belongings. I prefer not to come off as overly sentimental about possessions, but it just feels strange to let go. However, I understand that making the transition will be more bearable for me.

I’m currently undecided about where to move next, as my dream has always been to live in London, but the cost difference is quite substantial. On the other hand, it offers great opportunities for work and I’m open to change. Given the past few years have been challenging, a fresh start in a new city could be just what I need.
