Helen Flanagan catches the eye in a plunging gingham dress as she enjoys reunion with former Corrie co-star Brooke Vincent at International Women’s Day event in Manchester

Helen Flanagan and Brooke Vincent, both known for their roles on Coronation Street, met up at a celebration for International Women’s Day in Manchester on Friday.

The two actresses, who once played sisters on screen, looked fashionable at a glamorous party hosted by Julie Perry Events at The Lowry Hotel.

Helen, age 35, is known for her role as Rosie Webster, which she played on and off for 18 years, from 2000 to 2018. She recently wore a fashionable pale pink and white checkered dress with a low-cut neckline.

I’m loving this midi dress! It has such a pretty, feminine touch with the white lace detailing around the top, and the sleeves are so on-trend – think soft, gathered balloon sleeves and delicate ruching at the wrists. It’s a really sweet and stylish look.

Brooke, age 33, also looked incredibly fashionable. She’s known for playing Sophie on the show from 2004 to 2019.

She made a stylish entrance in a black and white polka dot outfit – a matching blazer and capri pants – completed with a chic pillbox hat.

Oh my gosh, the party was INSANE! I was losing it seeing all my faves there – Coleen Rooney looked amazing, and Annie Kilner is glowing, even while pregnant! Then Charlotte Dawson and Chelsee Healey showed up and I honestly thought I was dreaming. It was a total celebrity overload!

This follows their recent meeting with Sally Dynevor, who played their on-screen mother. They visited her after watching her perform in a play with Brooke.

Sally, age 62, portrays Sally Metcalfe, the mother of two girls, and has been a regular character on the show since 1986.

Helen was overjoyed when her close friends and former coworkers came to see her perform in “The Memory Of Water” at the Octagon Theatre in Bolton. They then shared a loving selfie on her Instagram page.

She captioned the post:  ‘They came love you both so much @sallydynevor @brookelevivincent.’

The outing comes after Helen addressed her mum guilt in a new holiday video with her children.

Helen believes taking solo trips would ease her feelings of guilt and help her focus on sharing stories about her relationships.

She wrote that she’s been planning trips for 2026 and, while her romantic life is a mess, she feels incredibly lucky to have three wonderful children.

I’m taking a short trip to Lake Como with Matilda, and I’m planning a separate trip to Bangkok with Delilah to visit my brother and nephew.

Being a mom to three kids on my own has taught me that taking each of them on individual outings is much easier – and more special – than attempting big family adventures. It allows me to truly focus on and connect with each child.

The great thing is, I get rewards on every trip I book through my travel platform, so I can enjoy more experiences without feeling bad about spending, and ultimately have more financial freedom.

Helen shares Matilda, 10, Delilah, seven, and four-year-old Charlie with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair.

She split from the Bristol Rovers footballer in 2022 following 13 years together.
