Heidi Klum unveils her true natural beauty in Glamour Germany shoot after unrecognizable Medusa transformation

She looked completely different with all her Halloween makeup, effectively transforming into Medusa.

Heidi Klum appeared with minimal makeup when she was honored as a Woman of the Year by Glamour Germany.

The German-born actress showed off a very natural look in photos for the magazine, which is honoring her with a Global Icon award.

No stranger to the getting the full glam treatment, Klum’s look was refreshingly parred back.

She seemed to be wearing very little makeup, or perhaps she was skillfully made up to look that way.

Heidi Klum’s hair was sleek and straight, parted down the middle, and she wore noticeable, bold gold earrings.

She wore a delicate white slip top that displayed her ample cleavage as well.

Heidi Klum shared the photo on Instagram, also tagging and thanking her stylists, Linday Hay and Danilo Dixon.

‘I am honored. Thank you @glamourgermany,’ she wrote in the caption.

The future Glamour award winner is now a successful model, but she didn’t initially seem like a typical one.

When I first started modeling, I heard a lot that I didn’t quite fit what brands were looking for at the time. But I always told myself there’s a huge world out there, with so many different brands, and if one door closes, another will open. I truly believe you just can’t give up, and you have to be willing to work incredibly hard to make it happen. That’s what kept me going!

And now two of her children, daughter Leni, 21, and son Henry, 20, have entered the modelling game.

She explained that her children grew up understanding the realities of her career, realizing it wasn’t just about the exciting parts. While others only see the finished result, they’ve always known the hard work involved – long phone calls with her producer, learning song lyrics, and endless wardrobe fittings. Because of this, she believes they understand success takes time and effort and doesn’t happen quickly.

I was so excited to see the photos from her Glamour Germany shoot! It’s amazing because it feels like just yesterday she was completely transforming herself for her incredible Halloween party – she really went all out as a mythical creature! It’s clear she loves to express herself creatively.

She went as Medusa for her costume, and it looked like the version from the 1981 film, Clash of the Titans.

Similar to the Medusa from the 1980s film, Heidi’s version of the mythical creature wields a bow and arrow and has a serpentine tail in place of legs, differing from how Medusa is usually portrayed.

I spotted Heidi Klum and her husband, Tom Kaulitz, at the party, and their costumes were incredible! Tom went all-out as one of the unfortunate companions of Perseus – you know, the ones Medusa turns to stone with a single look. It was a really clever and detailed costume!

She was accompanied by her children: Leni, Henry, 18-year-old Johan, and 16-year-old Lou. Tom brought his twin brother and bandmate from Tokio Hotel, Bill Kaulitz.

At the famous party, guests including many celebrities drank Grey Goose vodka, Patron tequila, and Waterloo gin, and enjoyed Butterfinger ice cream.

The Medusa from the movie Clash of the Titans was brought to life using stop-motion animation by Ray Harryhausen, a legendary special effects artist also known for his work on the original 1933 film, King Kong.

Heidi’s costume was a stunning recreation of Ray Harryhausen’s creatures, capturing every detail – from the shine of the scales and the realistic folds of skin, to the individual segments of the snake’s tail.

To make Heidi’s appearance even more striking, the costume designers added details not seen in the original film. These included deliberately messy hair interwoven with snakes inspired by Medusa, and a bow designed to look like a serpent.

While walking the red carpet, Tom playfully acted like his character, stiffly posing as if turned to stone and confronting a monster.

Oh my gosh, it was incredible! Every time Tom shifted into a new role, there she was – Heidi as Medusa! She’d just glare at him, this amazing, triumphant glare, and her snake tongue would actually extend between her fangs! It was honestly mesmerizing, she just owned that moment every single time.

The German fashion influencer shared a photo of her costume on Instagram, playfully wishing her followers a ‘Happy Heidiween’ and warning them, ‘Don’t stare too long or you’ll turn to stone!’
