Heidi Klum hauls skis alongside daughter Lou, 15, in Aspen as daughter Leni, 20, raids her closet
As a seasoned observer of the glamorous world of entertainment, I must say that Heidi Klum‘s life continues to be a fascinating tapestry woven with threads of success, innovation, and family. Her latest adventures in Aspen, attending intimate concerts and supporting her fellow celebrities, are but another chapter in her extraordinary journey.
On a sunny Sunday, Heidi Klum and her youngest daughter, Lou Sulola Samuel, carried their ski equipment to the Buttermilk Ski Resort in Colorado’s Aspen, marking their second day enjoying the snowy slopes together.
51-year-old America’s Got Talent judge wore a casual gray sweater and wide-legged blue denim, whereas the long-haired 15-year-old chose a sleek black hoodie and coordinating trousers.
Heidi greeted charming Lou during the span of her seven-year marriage with her former husband, Seal (four-time Grammy winner), which terminated in 2012.
Klum took care to don a helmet and reflective goggles before venturing onto the relatively easy snowy slopes of Buttermilk, an area where the cost for a daily adult lift ticket is $264.
The elder daughter of the Emmy-award-winning host, named Leni Olumi Klum, accessorized a pink fake-fur hat and a corresponding $280 John Snow ‘Mountain Dope Freestyle’ snowsuit.
Heidi wore the same exact snowsuit on Saturday when she took a family snap on the summit.
‘I get so excited when I see my daughters re-wearing my clothes,’ Klum told People last month.
My oldest child, who happens to be a model, attends events. Whenever she dons my garments, it’s not just that I feel proud, but we can also repurpose them together.
The L’Oréal Paris brand representative went on to say: ‘I’m handing down clothes to my children. I believe strongly that it’s crucial not only to pass along our belongings but also to continue wearing them. In the past, we might have worn something just once and then let it gather dust, which is certainly not the right way to act.’
In 2003, Heidi welcomed a 20-year-old model who was associated with Flavio Briatore, but it wasn’t the 74-year-old Italian tycoon who adopted her later in 2009; instead, that honor went to Seal.
Leni was joined at the mountain resort by her boyfriend of two years, Aris Rachevsky.
It appears that the 21-year-old student at New York University is studying for a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on art history, critique, and preservation.
In addition to her daughters, Klum was accompanied at the foot of the mountain by her sons: Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel (who is 18 years old) and Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel (who is 19).
At a table filled with beverages, the self-styled ‘Halloween Queen’ was seated alongside her husband Tom Kaulitz and his identical twin brother Bill Kaulitz.
In simple terms, the lead vocalist and guitarist of Tokio Hotel, who are both 35 years old, plan to begin their 20-show European Tour on March 4 at the MHP Arena in Ludwigsburg, which is their homeland in Germany.
On Sunday evening, Heidi and Tom gathered a large portion of their team to attend the DJ performances by three-time Grammy award winner Diplo, which took place later in the day.
Over the weekend, Klum along with their group went to a small Aspen concert put on by Oscar-nominated actress Kate Hudson. She sang covers of the 1985 song ‘Voices Carry’ by ‘Til Tuesday and the traditional holiday tune ‘The 12 Days of Christmas’ from 1780.
‘Congratulations @katehudson!’ the Crazy Pizza NYC partner gushed to her 12.3M Instagram followers.
‘You really are amazing! Thank you for a wonderful intimate night!’
Professionally, Heidi isn’t just using her family connection to have Leni appear in Intimissimi lingerie ads; she also plans to make a guest appearance on the 20th season of Germany’s Next Topmodel, set to air in February.
It remains undecided whether Klum will be back for the 20th season of America’s Got Talent, but Howie Mandel and AGT alum Sofie Dossi are set to host the initial in-person auditions at the Pasadena Convention Center on January 12.
Man, I was absolutely devastated when I heard the news that AGT showrunner Jason Raff had been let go back in September. As a die-hard fan of this incredible talent show on NBC, it felt like a piece of my heart was ripped away. Rumor has it, budget cuts were to blame for his departure after an impressive 19 seasons with the competition! I can’t help but wonder what this means for the future of AGT – here’s hoping they find someone as passionate and dedicated as Jason Raff to keep the magic alive!
